I was referred to Rick by the HOA manager of a rental unit for a sewer line leak. Rick showed up promptly and fixed the line and repaired the deck boards that he had to remove to access it. Nice work!

I thought he was the best, having worked with him before, however one of the leaks he 'fixed' created another. I called Rick and he promised to be out the next morning but he never showed or returned any of my phone calls. But I DID receive the bill 2 days after the incomplete work. I waited to pay because I expected a phone call, never received one so I paid the bill anyway.

Very disappointed in his work and lack of professionalism and now will have to hire another plumber to fix his mistake.

I highly advise to go elsewhere with your business.

Rick Tarantino is hands down the best plumber you can find! I had several issues with my plumbing and being a single woman living on my own, I was quoted very high prices. My instinct told me that I was being taken advatage of and asked my network for a referral. I was given to Rick Tarantino and I could not be happier. I finally was estimated a true cost and they came in and did the work perfectly and quickly. They saved me thousands of dollars (literally) from false quotes and did the best job I have seen. You can trust these guys and they do the best job out there. What more can you ask for!?

I've used Tarantino Plumbing for a couple of jobs now and have been very satisfied with the customer service and work provided. Last issue was a leaky faucet that was so very old. Part was extremely hard to find. Rick made several calls, went beyond the call of duty in trying to obtain a replacement valve that would work with this faucet. Finally got it fixed and saved me a whole lot of money. Would highly recommend using Tarantino Plumbing.

Nothing worse than making an appointment and having to miss work and stay home to meet the plumber - then not having him show up. Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Giving Rick the benefit of the doubt - I called him to see if things were ""okay"" and to ""reschedule""; and never got a response. I had used them previously and their work was great. So, called yet again, left another message - and they did NOT call me back.
That's just rude.
