I had a pinhole leak that drove me nuts trying to find. Turned out it was caused by galvanic corrosion of a copper hot water pipe touching a steel drain pipe. The corrosion had reached a point where it weakened the pipe wall. But the leak came and went due to thermal expansion so I would sometimes find a puddle and at other times it was dry (although lately it was mostly wet).
Thanks to the professionalism of the guys at Tarantino Plumbing, they found the leak and fixed it by taking out the damaged section and re-routing it so it won't happen again!
They wore their masks at all times, took off their shoes when inside, and cleaned up before they left, not that they made much of any mess to begin with. Highly recommended!

Fantastic! Simply FANTASTIC! We had a kitchen line back up into the garage due to old degraded galvanized pipes. I brought in another (large) local plumbing company who has fancy vans and seems to advertise everywhere. They gave me a extremely high estimate for one day's worth of work. I called Tarantino Plumbing, based on a recommendation from a friend, and scheduled them to complete the work. Over the phone they quoted me significantly less than the big guys for the same amount of work. They showed up on time the day of the install and did very good work. When I asked for the final bill is was EVEN LOWER than the one they quoted me on the phone! They were responsive, effective, and trustworthy. I'll definitely use Tarantino Plumbing.

I can not say enough about Rick and his crew. I have used Rick for Several years, on our home and two rentals we have in Marin. Rick is reliable, timely and clean. He knows what he is doing and does the job right the first time. He is replacing a hot water heater for me right now! after a frantic call from my tenant.

Rick showed up on time and more-or-less fixed my problem. He used a part that wasn't quite right that he happened to have on his truck and charged double what it would cost anywhere else. He was here for 5-10 minutes and billed for an hour, with no prior mention of a minimum service charge. The faucet works, though pressure is now excessive because of the wrong part, but I feel totally ripped off on the bill.

Sunday 5/27/18 the day before Memorial Day, I looked in my utility closet outside and discovered my 27 yr. old water heater was dripping from top and bottom with what looked like rusty drip marks down it! I called and left Rick a frantic message. He called and advised he'd be at my house on Memorial Day at 8am...and here he was at 7:45am! He looked at the area, that was drenched in water and said he thought he had a new water heater at his shop. He went to his shop and confirmed that the new water heater would be here & it was at 9ish am! The workers had the new water heater beautifully installed by 11:30am and hot water was up again a while later. I was sooo impressed by all this getting done in a few hrs. on a holiday. Much thanks to Rick and his workers for their speedy but perfect installation, it is appreciated.
