Mijad contacted me quickly. He came to my place, reviewed all that I needed done and gave a great quote....came within my budget. (No changes mid-job on pricing.) This is why I choose him for all my jobs that I needed done. He is a jack of all trades. (He replaced my kitchen countertops, sink, faucet (see before and after picture attached) and light fixture. I also added a new backsplash in the kitchen. He also replaced my master bath toilet and installed a recess light in my second bathroom shower area.) He was professional, pleasant, and communicated great. He worked hard to make sure everything was perfect and to my liking. I will call on him again for any other major repairs.

We hired Tara Home Improvement to do some electrical work for our kitchen remodel (moving and adding outlets, adding a separate circuit for the kitchen,..). Mike was amazing- very responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. He listened to what we wanted and provided helpful suggestions, was extremely punctual and efficient. He finished the entire project in approx. 9 hours (spread into two days). We were extremely happy with his work ethics and already scheduled Tara Home Improvement for another project.

What actually brought this review down was how the situation was handled . I was provided this company by Home Depot
I hired Mike to complete my glass tile backsplash and everything was going really well up until the end. When the project was intially started, it was going well until he realized I did not have enough tile. He informed me to get more tile and I did. This time , Mike completed the project himself . Everything looked good until I noticed that a corner section had began to shift , leaving the tile distorted looking . Therefore , I immediately texted Mike to show him what needed to be fixed . He text me back stating that he would fix it when he did my wood floors . I knew then I had been not treated professionally . I had no contract except emails binding to this guy . He was very nice but when this happened, I lost all respect for him.
Good customer service would have been to make your customer happy. If that were me, I would have corrected he job with not cost . For him to stay I will fix it when I do your woods floors? He did not even discuss sealing it to me. I was new with home improvement and ignorant to some things .
If he had of treated me right , he would have had many jobs . When you display unprofessional like this , I have no dealings with you .. Ever.

That is why I gave this company one star . It was strictly how my situation was handled. I truly believe Mike had all capabilities of doing good work. The remainder of my backsplash looked awesome. . However, it was the end that really placed a bad taste in my mouth .
Unless he alters his professionlism . I have to say no . Do not use this company .

First he couldn't even find the my home or the town of Bristow, VA. He overshot it by 10 miles. I had to finally go get him so he wouldn't be lost again. In this day and age with GPS, unthinkable.

Second he came by himself because, although he was told it was 3 cabinets in the laundry room, he said he thought ""it was only 3 small cabinets"", there was no way he could have lifted the cabinets and screwed them into the wall by himself.

He finally got upset and left and started cursing me because he drove so far and should have charged me. I offered him money and he said no.

NEVER HIRE THIS MAN!!!

This man is a fraud. He has some unqualified worker destroy 3 bathrooms. Dropped fixtures that destroyed a jacuzzi, ruined tile in 3 bathrooms, destroyed 3 showers, destroyed the front entrance and railing to my home. Ruined my driveway with concrete and grout just being lazy. STAY AWAY THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR HOME .
