I recommend Tapp Plumbing and they haven't even done any work for me yet. I called Tapp looking for someone to repair a stopped-up drain in my dishwasher. I spoke with Renee, the better half of the husband/wife team. Instead of taking the appointment and charging an inspection fee, she took the time to explain what the problem most likely was. She even asked me to take a picture of the piping near the dishwasher. She then returned the photo with a hand-drawn circle pointing out where she thought the problem was. It turns out that the problem is an issue with the dishwasher itself. Renee recommended a reputable appliance repair person and we have an appointment soon. There are many people in this world who would have taken this opportunity to rip me off. Instead, Renee helped me understand the problem and to find the right person to do the work. When I do eventually have a plumbing issue, Tapp Plumbing will be my first call.

Let me do you a favor and advise you to call Tapp Plumbing before you have anyone else come to work on any plumbing issues you might have. I had to leave a message when I called, but the call was returned quickly. A service call was arranged quickly that would work with my schedule, they showed up earlier than expected, and finished quickly. No attempts to up-sell me on services or items I didn't need - just good, honest work and advice to help prevent future problems. I highly recommend them.

We experienced a triple backup of water in our shower, toilet and garden tub on a Saturday morning. On short notice, Joe and Renee came out to clear the issue and did so in a very personable and professional manner. They kept us involved in the process and made sure we understood everything (including what we were seeing in their camera). They don't charge extra for weekend work or just to """"come out"""" to your location. They gave us a flat price for the work we needed done and when it was time to pay the bill, the price was as-discussed and not a penny more (and the clog was finally gone!). Great job and we will definitely be using them again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
