I forgot to mention the stocked item that I got charged a restocking fee was placed up front and I could have put it back myself. Just because I already had a large $90+ wrench that I wasn't sure I had, doesn't mean I should not be able to return that item, unused, and clean and then get charged a restocking fee of 50%! Also received terrible advice on needing parts for my bbq gas connection. He sold me a bunch of little parts that had nothing to do with connecting the gas line to my Weber BBQ! Sad poor little nit-picker man who has nothing but a crappy job and still clings onto thinking he's knows more.

It's sad that a women wanders into a plumbing store knowing nothing gets a ton of help from the employees has to complain and give a bad review cause she's a mean evil person . Go to home depot next time you want to waste good people's time and try to return things you didn't even need to begin with.

I bought a role of aluminum pipe jacketing from this place and then wanted to return it because I found the same exact role from a different supplier for 30% less. I called them and told them that I wanted to return the pipe Jacketing. They told me that the company that they buy it from charges a 25% restocking fee and that they are going to charge me an additional 10% for a total of a 35% restocking charge on a $325.00 purchase. I found out who their supplier is and called them and was told that there is no restocking fee on a small purchase like that. I called Tapo plumbing back and they refused to let me return the item I bought just a few days earlier without charging me a 35% restocking fee. I ended up buying more of the exact same item from the same company that supplies Tapo Plumbing for significantly less money. This place is a rip off and they lied about a restocking fee that does not even exist. Do not buy here. Go to Pyramid pipe just down the street and get better service without being ripped off. Oh, and the invoice says nothing about a 35% restocking fee. Do not buy anything here.
