Tap did the plumbing for Simply Carolina on a counter top remodel. Plumber didn't reconnect pvc pipes properly and they leaked. Contacted Simply Carolina about the problem because they supplied the plumber. Information sent to Tap twice and never heard back from Tap or an offer to fix the issue.

We just had Tap Plumbing make a repair to our sewer pipe clean out and not only were they friendly but they were efficient as well! They had returned my call the same day and came out quickly to make repair at an affordable and reasonable price. Tim and his sons are committed to their customers, which is sadly becoming more rare in services industries. They are highly skilled and do very professional work. They stand behind their work with pride. They also will help the customer work through the best solution for them, instead of instantly suggesting whichever solution makes the service provider more money. When a water tank recently expired in our small separated guest house, Tim ran the numbers and showed us that we could same a lot of money by tapping into one of the tankless water heaters in our home, saving not only the cost of a new tankless heater but the annual maintenance on it. It was a very practical solution that I would not have considered otherwise. I trust this company implicitly with our plumbing.

Knowledgeable, fast and efficient, at a fair price! Tim was kind enough to share some tips with me via social media on how to fix 3 running toilets. He picked up on the fact that I wasn't afraid to try & do it myself and gave me some good advice. Unfortunately, the aforementioned toilets were not as easy going as Tim. When it became clear to me that the fix I could do wasn't going to do it, and then my in-laws called to say they would be here for the weekend, the first (and only) place I called was TAP Plumbing. Over the phone I was given a couple of different options on how to go about taking care of the problem, chose what I was most comfortable with. Two friendly guys showed up a couple days later and were in and out in a flash - or should I say flush?! This company will always be at the top of my recommendations list not only because of their stellar work, but because they are honest & trustworthy. When the owner takes time out of his day to talk you through a problem, that's a great company run by a great guy!
