Isaac is wonderful! He goes above and beyond to service his customers, is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. His communication was so great. I had sent him a picture of the hot water heater set up I had that was broken and needed to be replaced. I'm not familiar with plumbing so I told him what I thought I had. He very kindly explained to me that my setup was in fact a little different than I thought and asked if I had already bought the new tanks. I explained to him I had no idea what to do. He was so patient with me and even went above and beyond to call places to see if they carried what I needed and if they had it in stock for pick up. When he found what I needed, he even placed the order for me and gave me all the instructions for pick up from the warehouse. He went out of his way to help me and make sure what I got was correct. At time of install, he arrived on time and communicated well throughout the install. He even put up with my elderly father who wanted to watch everything that was going on and Isaac never made him feel bad or in the way. My dad felt like he had helped in the project and it was a real kindness that Isaac did for him. Isaac's work was beautiful and he cleaned up after like he was never there. I would recommend Isaac and Tandora Plumbing to everyone. Solid guy who works hard, goes out of his way to help ensure the job is done right and professionally. Pricing is super fair and we will be using him again in the future. Thank you for everything, Isaac

Our water heater leaked in the middle of the night and being newer home owners, we were stressed and worried about getting it fixed right away. Issac responded that night and was able to help us take the necessary steps in preventing further damage to our floors. He set up an appointment to replace and remove our old heater by the next day and was communicative and professional. He even took a look at some clogging in our sinks even though he was there for another job! I know a lot of people come to yelp to see how many reviews and stars companies have. And you may not want to take a chance on a newer profile, but we would highly recommend giving Tanodra Plumbing your business and will definitely be using Isaac in the future! But hopefully not anytime soon!! ;) Reviews may be limited for now, but his years of experience and great work make up for it in full!

We had a water emergency hours before a party. He showed up and fixed the break in a short amount of time, saving our event. He was done before we got quotes from anybody else on yelp! Qualify service from a quality company!!

During Covid times it's super difficult to find an available plumber to help me with installing my new stove. Isaac and his partner was totally awesome! While searching through yelp for an available plumber, Isaac quickly responded and was actually HERE the next morning for a free quick quote. Not like: ""take a picture and send it to me"" This is one company that definitely have ALOHA!!
