The technician's name was Corey.

The technician who came to my home told me I had a diagnosis of a cracked heat exchanger.. He freely acknowledged he did not open up to do an actual visual inspection on the unit. He said it was because the flames were Orange. Another contractor came and told me the Orange was caused by dirty burners in crossover tubes. He told me my furnace was a safety hazard and had to turn it off and I must buy a new heating system.. You wouldn't offer me a replacement part option even though the parts are under the factory warranty I do. He told me that he'd exchange her how to factory recall and I asked for a manufacturer's bulletin. The bulletin he provided stated The furnace needs an additional grounding wire for a lot of models in my model was not one of them.. Dishonest, Deceptive, And clearly is not trained in basic service and maintenance on heating equipment. He clearly only cared about selling me new equipment equipment and not resolving my basic me this thing my basic maintenance problem.

Very nice people-- until you ask them to follow through on something they said they would do. I requested an estimate 3 weeks before I needed the work done. No one showed up or called, a week later I went to the store to tell them I didn't need the estimate, I just needed the work done. No one showed up or called, I called them the week I needed the work done and was told they were booked out two weeks. I had a deadline and couldn't wait two weeks, when I emphasized to Kevin that had he responded when I first contacted him I would be on his schedule before my deadline, he said he couldn't help me and hung up on me.

We just had Tanner's install a Mini-Split Air Conditioner/Heating Unit and we were impressed from the day they looked things over, on through to the day they did the install. They came in a timely manner to get things set up & ordered, they came the day they said they would install it, were very efficient, & had it installed within a very short time. They knew what they were doing, cleaned up after themselves & were very friendly as well. We like to shop as locally as possible and we were not disappointed in their excellent service. We checked on pricing from a ""big box"" store, and received a quote that was twice as much for a similar unit, and we had found previously that the bigger stores are not dependable when you need someone to service your unit, which to me is as important as choosing a good quality product. Everyone thinks they need to go to a bigger store because they must be cheaper but not so. We did our ""homework"" and we were very glad we chose Tanner's and we will not hesitate to use them again.

Made an appointment a week ago and when they didn't show up today I called. Was told that he really didn't want my business because he didn't like to work on Amana. There is a great business model!??? PERHAPS YOU COULD HAVE SAID THAT WHEN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE! WIll never recommend!

They are the best- if someone had an issue with someone not showing up I'll bet there was a communication breakdown that was not their fault.
