Adan came by in the morning, gave me a quote on a new water heater, and was able to come back that afternoon to do the install. Nice guys, good price, job well done. Definitely recommend them.

I had one of those things happened I always feared. A burst pipe and needing to have my main water shut off. It happened Sunday so I waited until Monday to call initially, Jolly Rooter. When I called in I was told they would not be able to help until Thursday, but the person I spoke to was great and recommended TWP as well as giving them a heads up about me calling. I was set up with Adán. Him and his associate were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very friendly, thorough with initial inspection, and went over possible fixes after locating the issue, and found it was not the main line but something further up, so I was back to having water in my home through the rest of the process. From the burst pipe, it had flooded my crawlspace and Adán continued to go above and beyond, helping contact a company and put me in touch with a team that could drain the water out (Nevada Water & Fire Restoration, Jacob Moore). Jake was also wonderful to work with and went over damage and replacement he recommended as well as helping with the next steps on contacting my insurance since I was a bit lost never having to go through this before. He got a team over the same day to clean up the crawlspace and coordinated with Adán so his team could fix the broken issue the next morning. They just wrapped things up and I am back to normal again! They took a situation I was dreading and stressed over and came to the rescue. I cannot recommend either company enough and will continue to use their services for all of my future needs.

I wanted to do preventive maintenance on our 20-year-old water heater. Checked Yelp reviews and decided to call WTP. I phoned at 9AM got Adan and he said he could come by in an hour. Adan came by with Eric and they said they could change things out immediately. Adan left Eric to disconnect everything while he went to get the heater and parts. They were done by 1PM. Clean, quick and priced right. Nice efficient people to work with. I'm not going to call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Thanks!

I hate to give anything but 5 stars in this day and age but I'm left feeling pretty disappointed in our experience with this company.

They were super nice guys and were good to work with, but something happened in the course of our emergency plumbing issue where we somehow missed some important steps.

The plumbers arrived at 8:30am and said that they couldn't do the work until the mess was cleaned and referred us to a restoration company who we called.

The restoration work started around 2pm, and was finished at 4:30pm and the restoration company called the plumbers back and asked them to return. They came back, realized they got the wrong size pipe, went to Home Depot and returned to our house. The work was complete by 5:15 pm. which meant they came out in the morning, left, and then the restoration company called them to return when the cleanup was done. In the course of these events we were never provided with an estimate.

This was our mistake not to insist upon one.

They came out to our place twice, did less than 30 mins of repair work in the crawl space fixing the issue after the cleaning was complete.

We were charged $950. When my husband asked for an itemized bill Adán told us he wouldn't provide one. The reasoning he gave was that we received special full service and since they take care of everything they charge a flat rate. He also said that because they'd come out for a few minutes in the morning, he was essentially charging us for the time between his morning visit and his afternoon return.

We didn't ask him to wait but because the planning shifted into the hands of him and the restoration company we were kind of kept out of the next steps. Partially because the failure of our pipes and subsequent necessary cleanup was very distracting, and because of the very positive reviews here on yelp, and how nice he was, we didn't worry about the price and didn't ask for an itemized estimate beforehand.

I'll take the personal hit for that. I know better and should have asked. But also, these are professionals and an itemized bill is a basic requirement.

In the end Adan was kind and apologetic and gave us a $50 discount. We are satisfied with the outcome but ultimately feel that it should not have been our duty to ask for an itemized estimate. The plumber should provide it regardless.

TWP and Aiden the owner is absolutely amazing. Came out on short notice to look at a water heater leak and saved the day. Turns out the builder used improper building materials which lead to the issue. I will recommend to anyone I know that needs a plumber to reach out to TWP. The type of service they provide and the communication that comes with it is truly appreciated.

They responded right away and changed out my water heater the same day. They did very tidy work which passed city inspection, and the new unit has worked perfectly since.

Adan and Team are great! They called back fast, scheduled our water heater replacement the next day and provided very professional service at pricing well below their competitors. This is a full service plumbing company and they are the absolute best at water heaters. So glad we called Adan!

My wife called me and said the garage was flooded on New Year's Day. She called a few places and of course, since holiday, people are charging up the butt to come out. $250 an hour. So we turned off the water pump breaker and closed the valves and waited for the next day.

My wife made an appointment with TWP for 9 AM. I texted the guy and asked him if he could arrive earlier as I had to work. He said he would arrive as early as possible, however 2 guys arrived at 9 AM exactly. After spending 10 minutes looking at the problem, turn the breaker on, he said pressure for the boiler valve got too high, and he was going to replace it. he was in a plain pick up truck (not a traditional work truck with equipment/gear) On their website, they show a nice plumbing van that should have most of the normal used plumbing items. They left at 9:10 AM and kind of got stuck in our driveway with the snow for five minutes. so 9:15 AM, off to Ace Hardware to pick up the part.

I tried to call ahead and ask Ace Hardware if they have the part to save the guy some time, one of the guys told me what was needed. Boiler drain, male fitting. The other guy quite condescending told me it didn't have to be male, it could be female with a coupling, or if they didn't have that they could get something else. I told him that I was just trying to help and yeah they should probably head out while I was on hold if they were Needing something. They called me from Ace Hardware, said that they did not have the park there and that they would go to Home Depot for the part. When they arrived back, they told me that one of the valves is busted and I had to turn the water off and he had no idea how to turn the well off. So after two hours of them driving to town to get a part, came back and couldn't do anything. he charged me $200...

I did have another plumbing company come out, but did not need to turn the water off. Also, the water valve was not bad. He just turned it. I will review them. But this company had a work truck, with all the parts necessary, replaced a few different things, told me it was just old and needed a little love.

What TWP should've done, was arrive with a work van (like the one shown in their advertisement) with plumbing parts and then when inspecting, Tell me that they were not able to work on it rather than charge $200 for nothing.
