I just went through a nightmare plumbing emergency--a leaking pipe behind a bathroom wall that was spilling out from behind the wall and through the floor. I needed someone immediately and I called about 10 plumbers all over southern Oregon from Yelp and Google. About half of them weren't taking any new customers at all. The other half couldn't come out until days later at the earliest, while some even couldn't come out for weeks. Tank's was the only one who took my call and had someone come out within the hour! I was honestly leery that no one else would even come out and they came out right away, but to my surprise the plumber was really knowledgeable, fast, and skilled. Oh and they also were very clear about how much it might cost even before they came out and did their best to keep the bill as low as possible, while still fixing the problem. If ever I need a plumber again in southern Oregon, I will call no one else. Tank's has earned my trust for life!

We had a pipe leaking from behind our water heater and called on a Monday morning in a panic ! All other plumbing companies were backed up for days . Called Clayton's team, they put us on a list - called back 15 minutes later and he had someone there by midday . Kaleb was very professional, neat and clean (no plumbers butt !) explained in detail what we needed and had the repair done within 2-1/2 hours . No mess, no fuss ... done right . We can't thank you guys enough !!!!

We had a problem turning off the hot water in our tub on the Friday after Christmas.. We ended up speaking with Clayton, who was very informative. We ordered the part that we needed from the manufacturer (it is not a common brand). John was at our home bright and early the day after New Years to install the new cartridge. The whole process could not have gone smoother especially during the holidays. I was very impressed by their responsiveness, knowledge, and professionalism. And The price they charged was very reasonable.

As a local Realtor I have worked with Clayton at Tank's a few times now and every time he and Sandra have been great to work with. They communicate well, always let me know if they can take on a job or not (no ghosting or not returning calls), and when they can do the work, they do a fabulous job and are always on time. Today Clayton and Sandra went above and beyond by taking care of a small 5 minute fix for free, took pics I needed for another contractor and returned an unused water heater that was purchased by the home owner by accident. They are wonderful and I highly recommend them!

On time for a job replacing metal pipes for a new shower/bath job. Clayton was straight up and communication clear. Project completion quality was good and done within a very reasonable time window. We had been using accurate for years and glad we finally made the switch. The cost was very reasonable and the value far exceeded that of what accurate now costs. Definitely will utilize Tank's in the future.

3 year old Hot water heater failed. They were the assigned provider by our home warranty company. They don't do weekends or emergency calls. I was told to email and text the two principals which I did. The owner(s) of Tanks doesn't even answer their phones til 10 am. ""My wife turns on the phone at 10 am (their website says they open at 8)"" We have been without hot water for two days and when I tried to get an approximate appointment time they texted me ""No time frame yet. Probably just will be on the working list and we will call when on our way."" They had me email and text them and yet they are so disorganized they cannot even answer the phone or give me an estimate of time and day. We changed to another and very responsive plumber who will be here within the hour.

It's been a couple of months now since Tank's installed our new hot water heater. So this review is a little late in coming. But the pleasure of plentiful hot water has prompted me to write.
In a word, Tank's is terrific!
All of the staff that I've dealt with have been professional, knowledgeable and kind. The installer who came out to switch out our old heater was efficient and clearly great at his job.
Clayton the owner was responsive to my texts and calls from inquiry about the unit itself to after installation questions about adjustments and such. He even offered to come out himself if I had an issue.
He's clearly proud of his company and with reason.
I highly recommend Tank's. Thanks Tank's!
