I got a referral to Ron at Tankless Water Heater USA (www.tanklesswaterheaterusa.com) from a friend who had a tankless water heater installed by Ron 15 years ago. Their tankless water heater is still working perfectly.
I feel so lucky to have chosen Ron's team for my tankless heater project, not only for the value but also because they make everything so easy. From getting the city permit to handling the DWP rebate, they took care of the entire process.
Ron's great team--Ron, Omer, Jose, and Jacob--did an excellent job with the installation. They were efficient, professional, and kept the house clean throughout the project.
Due to my house structure, the tankless heater initially made a deep motor sound through the wall. The technician came to check and promptly found the solution, and was very courteous. If Yelp had a 10-star rating, I would give it to them.

Our water heater decided to stop working late one night. I called Tankless Water Heater USA at about 8:30 the next morning and by 4:00 that same day we had our new tankless water installed. I asked them if they could get me the wired remote control which they then obtained then for me at a great price & personally delivered it. In addition they took care of the whole rebate process with the DWP.

They made what could have been an unpleasant ordeal into an easy experience.

I don't post Yelp reviews often, but when I encounter a classy business, I feel compelled to post a review.

Recently, I installed a tankless water heater after my water heater tank gave out. Right as my water heater tank died, I received a mailing from this business for a special on a tankless water heater unit. I had always wanted a tankless water heater, and given the timing of the mailing, it felt like fate LOL.

The tankless water heater was installed with good workmanship, and Martha at the office helped me apply for and obtain a rebate. This was expected. Then, I experienced slightly lower water pressure, and when I called to ask about it, a technician was sent immediately and went WAY beyond the call of duty to look at, diagnose, and fix the small issues that were causing the lower water pressure (some which were not related to the tankless unit).

After a few weeks, I noticed that a relief valve installed with the tankless water heater was dripping water and called to inquire. Next day, two technicians showed up and discovered that the water pressure from the main pipe was too high and that my existing valve was malfunctioning (it also was leaking a little). The technicians took care of the issue and even replaced the completely unrelated valve without charge(!)

While the after service of this business is impressive, I have to say that the most impressive aspect of my experience was the cordiality and the friendly/positive attitude of the technicians that made the 2 calls. I definitely recommend this business and will be a loyal customer as long as they are in business!

Really impressed with this company's honesty and excellent work. They installed a tankless water heater and were highly efficient with their work. They automatically arranged for everything needed - electrician to install new electrical line had to be run - they handled the SoCal rebate - taking away the old water heater - etc. Answered my questions.
