This was my first time calling Tankless Water Heater and Repair, and I couldn't be more impressed. I had been having issues with my water heater for a few days, so I called them for a quote to check it out. Daniel, the plumber who came by, not only quickly identified the problem but went above and beyond by trying to get the water heater company warranty to cover the replacement parts. Unfortunately, only one part was approved by the company, but Daniel's effort to help me was truly remarkable.

His customer service is top-notch, and his knowledge and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend Daniel and this company to anyone in need of water heater repair. Five stars all the way. Thank you, Daniel, for going the extra mile!

I bought a home and assumed my tankless water heaters had not been serviced recently.

I chose this company as they are licensed and insured.

The guys came out and not only did a thorough job, he explained to me what they found and reassured me that my water heaters would operate better now that they have been cleaned/descaled.

The lead guy also let me know I have a small water main leak so that I can contact the utilities company and have that remedied as well.

I would definitely recommend using them.

Excellent service. My tankless water heater, I thought, needed maintenance. Daniel came, inspected it, and told me the bad news that I needed a replacement. He called the water heater manufacturer to inquire about warranty, unfortunately mine was not covered any longer.
He came back two days later and installed a new one. A clean and professional job. He gave me a very good warranty and I will call him when I need maintenance. I would certainly recommend his services.

EXACTLY the small owner-operator kind of company I love to support.

Jessica handled our call and all follow-up in a super friendly, responsive, and professional manner. She won my trust immediately. Note, this was a Friday 911 commercial kitchen call, for an expensive (and pretty new) Noritz tankless heater. We close if we dont have good hot water. She assured me they could get it done. Her quote was more than I expected, but fair, so we accepted it.

Daniel arrived just a few minutes ahead of schedule, driving a super clean, well-wrapped van. He showed a modest self-confidence that built on the trust Jessica established in the set-up calls.

His diagnosis agreed with what Jessica thought the issue was, and he got to work. His work style was impressive. Easy going, very neat in his work style and thoroughly knowledgeable on the tasks he had to accomplish.

The heater has performed perfectly since Daniel's visit.

Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended. We would ABSOLUTELY rely on them again.

Super awesome team with excellent customer service with great communication. My heat exchanger went out and was leaking water all over the place with no HOT water, we exchanged text that night and he came down to my home next day morning, Daniel was very knowledgeable and explain everything to me what was going on. He handled all the warranty issues with Renani instantly and installed a new heat exchanger and did a fantastic job. I will def be calling him back for yearly maintenance.

I can not express enough how much I appreciate Daniel's service. He is very knowledgeable about Rinnai tankless water heater, not only he fixed my problem, he also gave me some tips as to how to improve the performance of my old water heater. Daniel gave me options and explained to me the pro and cons of each options. I asked many questions and he answered all patiently.

Daniel speaks Spanish and English, to my surprise and delight, he speaks Chinese mandarin too (well, enough to get him in and out of trouble I guess :-)))

I found Tankless Water Heater Repair and Plumbing through Yelp last year.
My Noritz tankless was showing an error code 90 and I had my air condition guy look at it. He cleaned it but still showed error code 90. I decided then to find a company who specialized in tankless water heaters. I called Tankless and they knew exactly what to do. He actually took it apart and did a very thorough cleaning. After that no more Error code 90! I called them for the yearly service, and they finished in just under an hour. I am looking forward to continued business with them to keep my Tankless running as long as possible.

I called Tankless water Heater Repair and Plumbing and they gave me an appoiment same day. The costumer service was excellent. They explained me with details the process and the cause of the error code. They order parts and as soon as I received them they install them.
