Our tankless water heater was acting up, randomly going on and off. I called tankless out of their normal business hours around 9pm Sunday with the intention of just leaving a message on their answering machine to my surprise someone answered and was able to schedule an appointment.
Daniel knew exactly what was wrong and explained in detail what needs to be done to fix the issue. Daniel was not only detailed and informative but he treats you like family. Overall rating exceeds excellence / expectations. Highly recommended and super worth in this day and age there are a few to find service that equates to trust and reliability.

This company has great overall value.

I had a tankless Noritz that was leaking water internally and failing to heat.

I was struggling to find a company that wasn't ridiculously expensive to solve the problem. Companies were quoting me anywhere from $3000 to $9000 because they said the water heater couldn't be fixed and labor was going to be $1200 minimum just to install a new water heater.

After looking at some of the reviews of this company and already dealing with other companies unsuccessfully, I decided to schedule an appointment. At first, I was a little skeptical because I couldn't get a hold of anyone at the number. After texting the business number on Yelp and waiting a bit, I was able to get a hold of Jessica and she scheduled the diagnostic service for $75 (waived if I went through with a repair). The next day, Daniel and his helper showed up. Daniel was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He was able to get on the phone with Noritz, identify that the model was covered under warranty, and get replacement parts sent out as part of the warranty. After getting the parts, he came back and replaced everything and only charged $850 for labor.

Compared to other companies, I think this was a great deal. I would highly recommend them to others.

Tankless Water Heater beat their competitors price on installing a new tankless water heater by quite a bit- in one case by over $1,000.
They were professional, quick to respond, and did a great job on the installation. I would absolutely recommend them!
