This past Sunday, I was so frustrated to come home to a broken water heater right after my family vacation was over. Called Tankless Water Heater on Monday and Jessica quickly addressed my inquiry. After seeing pictures of the damage on the old unit, she suggested that they could try to file a claim for warranty repair/replacement, and possibly solve the problem the same day. Due to my schedule, I made appointment for the following day. Daniel came right on time today and started the manufacturer required procedure. After communicating with manufacturer over the phone, Daniel told me that my claim was approved and he needed to take the old unit down to get a replacement. He came back later this afternoon with a new unit and installed it quickly. Now everything's back to normal. Thank you, Tankless Water Heater Team! Jessica was very helpful and responsive over the phone and via text messages. Daniel was friendly and quick and responsible. I had a good chat with him while he was working. He explained to me the differences between brands and made suggestions on how to maintain my unit so it can have an extended life. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We have a Noritz tankless water system less than 6- years old. Friday morning we had no hot water, so I called Noritz to trouble shoot it. They diagnosed a bad heat exchange and manifold which the parts were under warranty, but not the labor. I drove down the same day to pick up the parts which was appreciated to make my order available so quickly. I initially was going to do it myself until I realized the heat exchange is basically the main core of the unit.

I called a couple of Noritz authorized companies and got pretty hefty prices to replace the parts. On the third try, I called Tankless and they gave me the best pricing by a sígnica t amount and could come out the same Saturday. Mind you it was around 10 am Saturday morning.

Sure enough, they arrive about 20 minutes earlier than scheduled and repaired my unit as well as showing me their finished product. Everything worked nicely and there was no haggling on pricing and no pressure to upswell me anything.

I hope you're never in need of services that requires you to find a repairer on such short notice, but if you do this will be your place. I highly recommend Tankless for your water heater needs.

We had a Takagi Tankless heater fail after only 2 years, and these guys were incredibly fast, efficient, and friendly at getting a replacement authorized under warranty from the mfg (under an hour after they showed up, same day I called!) and installing the replacement unit the next day. I'm super pleased with their service and Daniel was the nicest guy to work with. He even helped out my neighbor without an appt who was experiencing similar issues. 10/10 would call these guys again if needed!
