I called Tankless R Us to replace my old water heater to a tankless heater. Lord Shah the owner was very professional and patient and took a lot of time to answer all my questions explaining about all the benefits of a tankless heater. He also explained how he could maximize my hot water experience, and especially how he could help with my water and energy savings. Tankless R Us worked diligently and was extremely courteous throughout their visit. Additionally, their bid was much more reasonable than a couple of other companies that gave me estimates.

Lord and his crew just finished installing two Navien tankless water heaters and a Halo water filtration system in the home that I rent. One for my unit and one for the owner's unit, they never left me without water at anytime. I work from home so it was important to me that they not to cause any major distraction and they did a fantastic job with very little interruption and in a timely manner.
The finished product looks great, Lord is a professional and conscientious plumber, left a clean job-site everyday and I would highly recommend him.
