We went online with Navien and showed them real-time what was problem, a warranty issue. And the manufacturer agreed to provide the complicated replacement 'brain'.

The only charge to me was for his service call.

Joseph and Alden were absolutely superb. (In fact, the whole company operation is a well-oiled machine with accurate texts as to when Joseph and Alden would be arriving for example and on that note, they were always on time which was much appreciated). They both worked diligently and completed the work in a timely fashion. Even when they ran into a bit of an unexpected problem, no great mention was made of it - they just worked the problem until solved. Afterward, Joseph related his love of plumbing - the physical and mechanical aspects of problem solving and the satisfaction of a successful outcome. Ted (the owner) is a conscientious, ethical and honest gentleman who has assembled a great team (including Patty who scheduled Joseph and Alden and was great about trouble shooting some availability restrictions that we had).
Just terrific overall and we highly recommend the whole team at Tankless.

Our tankless water heater of 20 years started making noise so I searched Yelp and contacted these experts. They were extremely helpful in explaining the cleaning process and scale issues. A year later the thermostat went out and it was time for a new machine. Had them upgraded with a new machine and I'm so glad we did. 20 yrs makes a difference in efficiency and features! Tankless Hot Water Solutions is a great company, they were friendly, professional and great at providing via text: the name and bio of the person coming in to my house, text confirming time frame of arrival and even texted me the plumber was running late ( due to weather- when it rains in LA it gets hectic).

I personally liked the updates as it gives me peace of mind .
