I attempted to do plumbing myself. Well it ended up I had to shut the water off to the house overnight. My wife suggested we call Tampa Bay Plumbing as we had used them before and had a great experience. Michael H. answered and talked to me and explained to me that they could help. Michael H. was very calm and reassuring. Michael H. set up an appointment for the morning and got right to work. Michael H. was very professional and showed us the work as he was doing it. Michael H. explained the pricing and we were very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Tampa Bay Plumbing because I'm a customer for life.

We had them on a project through a GC so the exact plumbing pricing was unknown to me, was a part of the entire job. Had to have them back to reverse the HOT WATER line that was connected incorrectly to the yard hose. They botched this correction, leaving a mess at the outdoor shower. That's not big enough to make a negative review, but after the subsequent job was quoted, I wondered how much we overpaid for this one. So we had them quote for another job, and their quote was 2 1/2 time greater than others' for exact same scope of work. Be cautious as it seems extreme pricing ( gouging) is their approach. Don't be naïve.

A young man was sent out to help me with a nonfunctional bathtub drain . He had a lot of trouble and another young man joined him. Together they still struggled and as this was the day before thanksgiving , I assumed they would liKely give up and want to leave without completing the job. That's exactly what happened. The first one said he had to leave and the other was really rude when I asked hiM to please complete the job as my little guy was suffering a groin injury and needed to bathe. His attitude was horrible and he did eventually say he had to leave as well but he left a heavy drAin that would at least allow the tub to fill. He was very aggressive in nature. After the holiday a really smart, respectful, nice guy showed up and completed the job within an hour. I would never use this company again because I wouldn't want to risk getting the new kid who knew nothing or the angry asshole who just didn't want to do the job anyway. I'm giving 2 stars for the guy who finished the job - he was very pleasant to work with and would have loved to give that fellow 5 stars.

Horrible horrible company DO NOT CALL. I just spent $850 on two visits to Unclog my plumbing line at my business. After telling me I have no major plumbing issues after two visits they now want $1450 to Air pressure my lines. One employee quoted me $750 while the other quoted $1450 so that in itself is very sketchy. After two visits and my line still being clogged I left a message for the owner Wayne to return my call which he never did. $850 and my line is still clogged do not waste your time on this business

We heard a leak in the pipes under our house at night. We called Tampa Bay Pluming first thing in the morning and they were at my houser by noon. They were able to fix the issue relatively quickly and easily, which was a great because it is a small crawl space. Both of the young men were very nice and professional and very reasonably priced. Over all it was a great experience!!

I called Lou Ta 130 Am toilet bathtub flooding!!on Sat He was kind patient 0n the phone & very helpful what to do He also was very knowledgeable ! Any way we called Monday they came very fast -2 Guys came Robbie & I think Kyle They were fast cleaned up did a GREAT JOB!!! Price was very resonable!! Mike from Tampa Bay Plumbing came out to my mother in-law's condo after a backup in the sewer line. There was an awful mess in multiple rooms, we called endless plumbers in the area with no luck getting someone out in a short period of time. Tampa Bay Plumbing had Mike out in about an hour! He was friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing. He even took the time to reassure my mother in-law her washer was fine (she's a bit of a germaphobe) so this incident was the end of the world for her! lol It's hard to find reputable companies and workers that take pride in their work, but this is definitely one of them! If you need a plumber, call Tampa Bay Plumbing! We have their number saved! Thank you Tampa Bay Plumbing for hiring great employees!

Tampa Bay Plumbing saved the day! It was the middle of the week on my way to work when I saw the flood in the garage. I realized it was coming from the water heater. We had it installed through Tampa Bay Plumbing 1 1/2 ago. I called them as soon as I got into work. I spoke with one of the dispatchers and explained that I wouldn't be able to get home till 3 o'clock. It was then after another call that the owner of Tampa Bay plumbing called me back. It seems like in today's society it's so difficult to find a company that will stand behind their business. I was so impressed and taken back with Tampa bay Plumbing ,when the owner Wayne Ritchie, called me back personally to discuss the different possible reasons for the water. He then personally offered to come and look at the situation. I was at a loss for words, a owner putting the customers first. I was able to take the time off work and meet Wayne at the house. He did this at no cost to me. After carefully checking all the pipes and lines, he put mind my mind at ease and explained it was the water heater needed an expansion valve. Over the next few days a serviceman named was sent to the house to complete installation, He was so polite and helpful and spent his time helping with the installation, both carefully and quickly. Both men from Tampa bay Plumbing treated me with respect and kindness . It's amazing that companies and that are willing to treat customers like family and make sure they meet their customers needs. Super quick and professional service! They came the next day to fix a bad hose bib that was leaking like crazy. Ryan was super diligent in sending me email/text updates and getting the work done in 2 hours. They patched where the work was done and the leak is GONE! Would recommend them for sure...real pros that understand customer service. I'm sure I could have done it cheaper, but great work is worth the extra money. Our gas tankless hot water heater developed a major problem that even the manufacturer could not figure out but Kyle Danner with Tampa Bay Plumbing jumped in and figured out the problem and got us up and running (hot water) again. Not only was Kyle smart and efficient but he had a friendly personality and took the time to explain things. I appreciate the effort and tip my hat to Tampa Bay Plumbing for a fine job well done. Their pricing was fair and very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company without a reservation at all. The next time I need a plumber, I know exactly who I am going to call.
