Had a leak, checked Yelp, called these guys. Best decision ever! They had someone out to me within 2 hours, fixed the leak, and charged a very reasonable price. I was impressed with Dominik's knowledge in particular. What a relief - thank you guys!!

I found Tampa Bay Plumbers after a leak developed in a copper pipe in the wall of my house. Via the insurance company and restoration company, Tampa Bay Plumbers came to the house. They were on time, communication was outstanding, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. Joe was my technician, and from the outset he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and at no time did I feel as though my situation was being exploited. He explained everything perfectly, provided options for the work, and didn't just push the most expensive service. I ended up having the house re-piped, added a new hybrid water heater, and will be using this company as part of the rebuild. Prices for services are very reasonable, they perform the work in an expert manner, arrive to work on time, and are very responsive with questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this company!

After my other plumbing company failed to give me a quote I looked for another - shouldn't have to beg people to take my money. I saw Tampa Bay Plumbers had good reviews online. I asked for a quote appointment; Rob showed up on time and provided me with a very fair quote. I scheduled the work to be done the same day. Jacob (normally on the septic side of the house) came out to help Russell. Both were very professional and seemed to care about the quality of work they do. That is very much appreciated by me this day and age. The work was done very well. They were conscientious about clean-up too. Russ sought clarification from me during the process. He made helpful suggestions as well. I enjoyed talking with them too! Both will be back to do further needed work. Thank you Jacob and Russell! You and your company have my loyalty!

I drastically needed my septic tank emptied as the toilets and shower were backing up and it was a weekend. Tampa Bay Plumbers made some changes and were able to get out to my house on a Sunday! The two gentleman who came out, Tavari & Rigo, were fantastic. They went the extra mile to make sure all was great with the septic, and cleared out the clogged pipe which was wonderful. These two were very professional, and that seems to be a rare thing nowadays with so many. We are senior adults in Apollo Beach. We have had to use plumbers in many places we have lived. We have never had service as efficient, and professionally done. They saw our problem and began immediately to take care of the situation. They were extremely knowledgeable about what they needed to do. It really impressed us that they came so quickly. We called the office and the very next morning at 8 AM the plumbers showed up ready too get to work. It was a big job but they completed the work in one day. They wore masks and covers for their shoes. They also cleaned away all the old debris. We highly recommend them !! They are gentlemen in the way they act and speak. Had Dominik come to the house this morning to take care of dripping tub. He called early and said that he was going to be a bit later than what was agreed to, but showed up even earlier that expected. After looking at the problem, he took care of it replacing the hardware in less that and hour, all the while explaining what was going on and the solution. He left the site clean and the price was reasonable. I would very much recommend this company and will use them in the future.
