It's bad enough that people drive like a-holes already out here. One would think driving a truck with company name splattered all over it would prevent such behavior, or not. I can't remember how many times you switched lanes or how many people you cut off, the last being a 3 lane switch to make a left turn I'm certain you knew was coming up. You would have been there same time driving like normal person. All this while constantly looking down at what I presume was your phone, unless you were trying to take care of yourself!

Very satisfied with all the services provided by talbot plumbing. However I just didn't like how Trevor the owner tried to talk smack about my job while he was at my house a long time ago. I felt like he was very condescending because he owned a plumbing company while I worked from home as a cartographer (map maker) at that time. Because of that me and my wife will just use other plumbers in our area.

Trevor replaced our kitchen sink, new faucet and garbage disposal. He did an excellent job! The counter had to be cut to accommodate the new sink. He also replaced old corroded shut-off valves and installed new lines. I'm picky and his work was over and above expectations. This is the second time I've used Talbot Plumbing. A little over a year ago they did a lot of work for us when we remodeled our master bathroom. We were also very happy with their work then which is why I called them for this job. Will call again when/if additional plumbing issues arise.

Talbot Plumbing Services was recommended by a family member and now I owe him BIG time. Seth came in and did two separate jobs in less than three hours. He has a focus on providing solutions to your problem / tasks with an eye on value. His analysis of the one task that was a problem-in-waiting was thorough and value focused. He discussed options and the range of work that could be needed depending on what he found once the work started. Fortunately, our ""fix"" fell on the less expensive end of the scale. Had it not, I felt he works with honesty and integrity and could have accepted a more costly solution if warranted.

One other thing, the morning of our appointment he called and asked if it would be OK if he arrived a few hours late because he had a ""no heat"" client that needed emergency service and heat to their house on a very cold NEPA winter day. Some might perceive that as a negative; I did not. Why? Because my work was not urgent and ""no heat"" certainly was. A good call on his part yet he asked if it was OK. Oh yes, one other good thing about that approach is that I feel I would get the same level of responsiveness in a similar situation.

I called Talbot plumbing with emergency plumbing for a 1950 home I purchased. As I live in another state I had put my total trust in Talbot plumbing. They did not disappoint , the kept in touch sent me photos . Very professional big job which is guaranteed for 10 years. Definitely recommend,

I would Stay far away from this company...

One of The drivers hit our PARKED car in a parking lot several months ago in the middle of the day with myself and my pregnant wife inside of the parked car. He and the owner were unable to provide us with valid proof of insurance.

After my WIfe and I decided to go through insurance to repair the damages, he has yet to report the accident to his insurance company.

What kind of business owner would want to jeopardize their company over a little fender bender?

If I was in the market for a plumber, there is absolutely no way I would trust this company anyway near my house. The owner, Trever Talbot does not know how to take responsibility for his own company's actions, even when his company is 100% at fault.

This is not how you run a successful business.

Safety rails in the shower are so helpful! We called Talbot Plumbing, and Trever came out to measure, recommend the best configuration to meet ADA guidelines, order and installed. This company cannot be beat for friendly and reliable service with reasonable prices, but installing rails is beyond what I would have considered ""plumbing."" Really happy with the improved showers in this new construction home. Great job!!

Great company they came out for a landscape leak diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. The cost was fair and they give Veteran discounts always a plus :)

Just last Monday my wife and I came home to find our water pressure struggling quite a bit. Than soon after little silicon beads start shooting everywhere. I looked online as to what it could be and discovered it was the resin from our water softening system. We called our home warranty company the next day and they were unable to do anything for us. So I began my search, I saw TALBOT plumbing show up on the list. They had caught my eye so I decided to give them a call. Devin had answered the phone and was so kind and caring. She asked me how bad it was and wanted to make sure we at least had some running water in the house. I was already at ease with my choice to call them. She told me that she was going to call Trevor (the owner) to get his opinion on the matter. She relayed to us that he advised that we immediately stop using the water in the house before someone can come out and assess the damage. Thankfully they were able to send someone out after hours to help us get back and running. Kameron was our technician and was very personable. He quickly assessed what had happened and what needed to be done. Come to find out our water softener had completely bit the dust. We needed a new one and ASAP!! The water out in san tan valley is insanely hard! When my wife and I decided to get a new system Kameron called Trevor to let him know we wanted to go with a new system with a carbon filter. Trevor told Kameron that they had one back at the shop if he needed it....what followed shocked both my wife and I. Kameron tells us ""you guys need water if you are okay with a late night so am I. Let's get you where you need to be!"" He stayed until 11:30pm to make sure that my wife, my 10 month old son and I had running water and water that we could bath in no less. It has been almost a week now since we got our new system and I am so grateful for TALBOT plumbing. We will recommend them time and time again!
