Scammers! Worst of the worst. Still have a leaky shower head that I paid $200 for them to ""fix""--only called them again cuz it the work/part were supposedly warrantied, but-- was told after he ""repaired it"" that is was not under warranty even though it had only been a few months (they sent the same young kid with no knowledge, experience or work ethic--at all). It still leaks (even worse) close to $500 later. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!

Mario, the plumber sent by Cartwright's to respond to the problem with my air conditioner, appeared to be knowledgable, efficient, and very courteous. When I reported the next day that the problem (water leakage from AC unit) had not been resolved by unclogging the drain pipe and changing the filter, Chad and Eric came out and worked to come up with solutions. Some of the problem was apparently caused, not by Cartwright's work, but by the way the house was constructed for air intake and the failure of the home builder's plumber to plug a pipe on the AC unit. I was impressed with and very much appreciated Cartwright's effort to find solutions and resolve the problem. Excellent commitment to customer satisfaction.

Friendly and courteous staff, prompt responses to queries, competent workmanship, and very fair pricing to install 3 mini split A/C systems. I have no complaints.

Do not use this company under any circumstances! I called on a Friday made an appointment for that day, and I was assured they had plenty of time to get me in that day between 4 and 6 pm. Needless to say I waited around, and no one came. So I rescheduled, which was really stupid, I know. I had the first appointment from 8-10 on Monday morning. But it's 10 right now and the technician won't be here until noon. Use anyone else!!

Rapid scheduling, plumber came when scheduled, accurately assessed and fixed problem professionally.
Couldn't ask for more - I will use them again.

After writing a bad review against this company, I received a call from the NEW OWNER. He wanted to hear first hand what had transpired and although I said I would never use them again, I am willing to give Cartwright's another chance. After speaking with Mr. Walace you can tell he is a stand up guy who wants to give the best service and truly wants his customers happy.
He was very sincere and apologized.
He could've easily walked away from this and say it was way before my time but he he didn't. I was extremely pleased that he reached out.

The plumbers are professional - if they show up. I used them a few times and was happy with their work. The last time I scheduled Cartwright, with a window between 0900-1200, I called them at 1300 to ask why my plumber hadn't arrived and was curtly told he was on an emergency job:
""Why didn't you call to tell me that?""
""I didn't know till I called him. You wanna reschedule?""
""Un, no. I need someone today.""
No apology, no concern, just defensiveness. I would have been OK with it if the scheduler had simply said, ""Oh, no. I'm so sorry."" An email expressing my disappointment went unanswered.
Dear Cartwright Plumbing-
Tell your scheduler she doesn't have to care, but she does have to pretend to.
