Do not use for purchasing equipment. I contacted the company regarding an Arlo baby camera, and they responded quickly informing me they will have cameras in stock in 4 days and they would rush ship them to me. I placed the order on 7/21/2020, I received an email that said the order was on it's way but the tracking number link pointed to a broken number. I have tried calling and emailing the company many times since I placed my order but they never respond. There is no tracking info. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common scenario based on what other reviewers have mentioned. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company finally. I would not recommend using this company for the purchase of equipment.

Do not use. I ordered a wifi beacon and paid for second day shipping..nothing..tracking information shows a 404 error. No one answers the phone or returns messages, no one answers email...am also trying to report them to the BBB. I would not suggest ordering from them

TAILORED SMART HOME IS A SCAM!

On Monday July 20, 2020 I ordered an Arlo Baby Monitor from the Tailored Smart Home website. The website said the item was currently in stock. After receiving the order confirmation e-mail I never received anything telling me my order shipped. They have 2 phone numbers listed, one goes straight to a busy signal, the other goes straight to a voicemail and says they're backed up due to COVID-19 and to leave a message, however the voice mailbox is full and you cannot leave a message. They also have 2 e-mails listed. One get's returned by Yahoo Mail saying the e-mail address doesn't exist. The other appears to work but no one responds. Someone named Ben actually did finally respond via Facebook messenger and said he would check on my order status and get back to me in a few minutes. That was a couple days ago and he hasn't responded to my messages since. I also found a review on their Facebook page stating that the same thing happened to someone else earlier this month when they purchased the same product.

I needed a simple fix with my dishwasher but had some other inquiries. Ben was quick to get here and very honest and all estimates up front. He was quick to fix things and ran out to get additional materials at no extra cost. He always provided and easier and safe route as opposed to competitors who nickel and dime you and make you think you need a major fix. I will definitely have Tailored Home our again!

I requested a quote and the owner Ben responded promptly. I appreciated the quick response and his questions while talking on the phone prior to visiting my home. He luckily had availability to fix my leak issue and detect its origin on New Years Eve. He even charged me a very fair price (one of the lowest I've seen in Cincinnati) despite it being a holiday.

Unlike many other companies in Cincinnati, he did not charge me before diagnosing the problem. Many companies in the area will charge a flat fee before doing any work and I really appreciate that this company does not do that. Ben quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything thoroughly and took the time to answer all my questions. His work was thorough and I appreciated his honesty. I definitely recommend this company and Ben for any of your plumbing needs.

His company also does electrical work and home automation. Based on the quality of work I saw today, I'm sure they would do equally great work and suite your needs in these areas as well. Definitely give them a call and schedule an appointment!
