When my nephew arrived at our vacation home in Dollar Point, there was no hot water. I called several plumbing companies looking for help, and Leslie called me back in a short time. (The others still haven't returned my calls.) It was late in the day and she was not able to do a service call, but she offered to talk with my nephew on the phone and try to diagnose the problem with the tankless water-heater. She figured out the problem and directed him on how to fix it! Not only did she take the time to help us remotely, but she would not accept any compensation! AMAZING! Awesome. Replaced a hot water heater during a busy holiday week. Answered the phone immediately, were knowledgeable and nice to talk to. Gave me a date for service and an estimate right away, and followed it up with an emailed estimate within the hour. Showed up exactly when they said they would, swapped out the old heater for new. Were professional, left the house exactly how they found it, and both seem to be just all around great people, know their stuff, and no BS. They are licensed in Ca & Nv, so happily came to my place in Incline. Would use TBP again anytime, and recommend highly. Bonus, I love supporting women in the trades.

Wow, best Plumber ever.... Wish I could get Leslie and Joyce to work on my projects in the Bay Area!!!!
Had a tiny leak on an original 40+ yr old water heater at a recently purchased home in Inlcine Village. They came out a few days later, dragged the big old one up the side of a hill (ok with the help of some strong helpers) and installed a new 80 gal in the basement of a 3 story home, complete with new plumbing, valves, pressure tank, ... (definitely per code). Came out quickly for a free estimate, arrived on time, had work done in about 4 hours, cleaned up, ... what more can ya ask for. Even gave me a referral for a good local contractor. Hopefully won't need to but would definitely hire them again and again...

5+ stars from us! The soldered joint from our shower froze and failed on a 16 degree Saturday morning--just as we were packing up to return home. Leslie and Joyce arrived within 2 hours and diagnosed/repaired it in 45 minutes. Experiencing their confident smiles and witnessing their efficient tradecraft are now our favorite memory of our February vacation. Totally recommend!
