I highly recommend Tahoe's best plumbing. They recently helped me with gas line work to add a plumbed fire pit line as well as repairing some interior plumbing on drains and showers.
Leslie was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The installation process was smooth. Her pricing was phenomenally fair and it really is a pleasure to work with good people who also care about the work they do.

I'm certain the good reviews must have been before all plumbers in Tahoe got too busy. Especially too busy to care.

We had an install, had to call her back to fix the install because it was leaking water - would have I not noticed on time, we would have ruined a brand new vanity.

I let her know we had an immediate leak from her installation so she came back a second time. Technically, fixed the leak but she was too busy to wait for a few minutes so I could confirm we no longer had a leak - Literally, she told me she was too busy to wait - Then of course, we still had a leak and had to get somebody else to come for the third time to fix her work and pay again.

Rough in plumbing for a shower was installed upside down - again costing me more money for somebody else to fix her work.

Job site is messy with tools all over the place without protecting the floor - if you have brand new installed flooring, it hurts even more.

She is probably a fine plumber, just currently too busy to care. I don't usually post reviews but since I have received two links to please post a review - then here it is.

When my nephew arrived at our vacation home in Dollar Point, there was no hot water. I called several plumbing companies looking for help, and Leslie called me back in a short time. (The others still haven't returned my calls.) It was late in the day and she was not able to do a service call, but she offered to talk with my nephew on the phone and try to diagnose the problem with the tankless water-heater. She figured out the problem and directed him on how to fix it! Not only did she take the time to help us remotely, but she would not accept any compensation! AMAZING! We had water heater issues and despite the Christmas holiday Leslie consulted with me over the phone and then installed a new heater quickly and professionally, My renter was grateful of the quick response and so was I.
