They did some work for me recently. I have question on the work performed and have left email and voicemail message.
No one emailed or called back. Only communication was the last bill and reminder of due date which I had already paid.

I called first thing in the morning when my hot water heater wasn't working and they called and said somebody would be here that same morning. Sure enough a nice young man was here and my hot water heater was repaired in time for lunch. Albert wore a mask and put on shoe covers. Absolutely so grateful for excellent and timely service.

Very responsive and high quality contractors. We had a furnace go down which required multiple visits. Renee, Albert and Nathan were amazing to work with. We have also used Tahoe City Plumbing and Heating to replumb a section of our house. Great work as well. It's always hard to find reliable, responsive and quality plumbers and HVAC - I highly recommend this team. Very fair pricing as well (I am particularly grateful they don't gouge you when it's a single digits outside).

Had my hot water replaced by these guys after it blew out and was leaking. They did a thorough job, we're responsive, on time (showed up the same day that I called and replaced it same day... it was leaking all over the floor), cleaned up nicely after and had a fair price. Chris is very solid and I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Finally-A local company with tons of knowledge and excellent customer service! I called TCP&H to service our AC units, but not only did he fix them, but he also installed our hot water spigot and resolved an ongoing issue with our hydronic system. Very prompt, friendly with attention to detail. We have found our new AC, plumbing and heating specialist all in one company--so thankful :)

We arrived at 2:30am on June 30th ready for a relaxing 4th of July holiday. Step 1, turn on the water supply....walk inside the home to find the kitchen floor quickly filling up with water from the broken water pipe!!!
In the morning (holiday weekend Saturday) we looked up plumbers on Yelp and found 5 companies to call. One was on vacation, one quoted $400 just to come out, another wanted $800 to diagnose, one admitted he was too far to help us. The last call was to Tahoe City Heating & Plumbing. Renee answered....she was kind and polite (nice change from the others), said Chris would be at our place in 40 minutes! Phew!!!! Sure enough, 40 minutes later Chis showed up with a smile on his face and a great attitude! He was super nice and started asking questions about the issue. He quickly found the source and made the repair. We liked him so much, we made him a sandwich! We took some photos of his work and the repair he made to the cabinet which was impressive. We were able to enjoy our vacation with no more plumbing issues thanks to Chris.
Do yourself a favor and call Chris if you need a repair, you'll be happy you did.
