I have to admit that I get a little nervous when I hire a plumber. Things go through my head like ""Are they going to take a shortcut that will bite me in a year?"" ""Are they going to overcharge?"" ""Is everything they say going to go over my head?""

I've had an overflowing backed up kitchen sink and a busted toilet seal ring handled very promptly by Tactical Plumbing and Drains.

I've had work done by a handful of plumbing businesses and most of them were fine, but I can't say that any business other than Tactical Plumbing and Drains have gained my trust. One thing that I value a great deal about how Tactical Plumbing and Drains does work is that they're upfront. The owner Troy will talk you through what's going on, take the time to explain, and tell you the options available depending on the situation. It doesn't hurt that he's very friendly either. You don't have to worry about getting stuck with a one line explanation of the fix and a bill. If you're looking for honest work and an honest price then I recommend Tactical Plumbing and Drains.

A couple weeks ago my main drain was clogged at 9 at night!! I made it through the night but at 647 am I called Tory he answered the phone a life savor he sent a worker out about 9 I was back in Business.

We woke up yesterday, on a Saturday, to realize there was water under our floorboards in the kitchen and realized there was some sort of leak happening in one of the pipes. We were scrambling to find a solution and started reaching out to many different plumbing companies. We were referred to Troy and what a wonderful thing that was!

Troy was in the middle of a job dealing with a huge gas leak and even though he was unable to come out to our house he took the time free of charge to FaceTime with me and walk me through some steps to address the initial problem. He even took time to reach out to others to see if anyone was able to come by and help us and followed up with us. Although we were unable to employ his services due to scheduling, we were so grateful for the time Troy took to offer what help he could via FaceTime!

I would definitely recommend reaching out to Troy for any plumbing needs! What a genuine, caring, helpful professional who will do what he can to help even if he cannot physically be there!

I called and I believe the owner answered the call and I told him over the phone that a couple of drains were overflowing. He told me okay I'll send someone over. He sent KC which he arrived right away and man he was on top of it figured everything out and solved the issue in a timely manner. I will be calling tactical plumbing from now on. I wasn't pressured into buying services that I really didn't need. I like honesty and integrity and I got it with KC. Thank you once again. One last thing once KC left I got a callback asking if my problem was solved/fixed that's costumer service at it finest making sure I was satisfied with my service.
