Franky did it right! He came with a vast array of knowledge on an emergent call when a water pressure line burst. This company is responsive, honest and one of the best around. We had water leaking from our downstairs bedroom ceiling. I first called All Purpose Plumbing, who we have used for other plumbing jobs, but once they understood the leak was part of our Radiant Heat System they informed us they did not work on Radiant Heat Systems and recommended Tacoma Plumbing & Heating. I contacted Tacoma Plumbing & Heating and they were able to have two of their employees stop by later the same day and replace the leaking air bleeder valve. The job took them about 20 minutes. They charged me for 1 hour which included the time to go and purchase the necessary valve. I was fine with the 1 hour charge as they got the job done the same day, and I have had no leaks since they the repair. I plan to use them again to do the yearly maintenance on my Radiant Heat System this summer.

My sewer pump broke and needed to get replaced. I asked for an estimate and they said the price to replace the pump and install a new one. The installation took less than 30 minutes but they charged me for 2 hours. When I called them to see why they charged me so much for the work they said they also charge time to drive there which does not take 1 whole hour from where they are located to where I live. Cheating their customers will result in a business to eventually go bankrupt.
