the guys that came out were very nice and fixed our problems with the drain, toilet and a few other problems. they cleaned up everything they pulled out. very very satisfied with their work.

We needed work quoted and then done. Obviously when plumbing is in question and there's waste in all of my bathtubs it's pretty time-sensitive. For TWO DAYS they kept telling us they were coming. No call, no show. Call back. Oh, we'll come this afternoon. Oh, we'll come in the morning we got caught up. It's just about expectations - if you can't come for 3 days then say that so I can find someone else more quickly and you don't leave me on the hook. Plumbers are scarce in town, but I don't recommend this one. THEN we attempted to schedule a year later and they told me no because I left a 1-star review on Google for the above. What a mature company, more reason to give them a 1.

This company does not return your calls. I called Friday for a minor issue with my toilet in my master bath. I was told that I would receive a call back in 10 mins when she (the wife of the plumber) stopped (apparently she was driving). It's Monday evening and those ten minutes haven't came around quite yet. Find you another plumber.

They came out and were very nice, but could not open the drain and said it was capped. Completely wrong! I ran a snake through today and cleared it myself after paying for a service that did nothing for me!

Meant to update sooner...My sister contacted Foster Plumbing and received service the following day. Not only did they call and remind her, but presented on the date and time agreed upon and their quote was FAR LESS than Tacker Plumbing. She's had no issues with her new water heater.
