Most unprofessional company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with that is to Cosco not caring about who they contract for installation and delivery.

Our next-door neighbors were having a dishwasher installed by this company today (contracted out from Costco). I was about to leave my house when I saw that they were blocking a good three feet of my driveway. I approached a young man vaping outside the truck and asked him, politely, to move the truck, as he was blocking my driveway and I needed to leave. Instead of apologizing, he actually said, ""you can go around."" I told him he isn't allowed to block my driveway and said, ""Dude, you need to move your truck."" At which point, he became very aggressive, saying ""you don't know me, you can't talk to me like that."" I told him to move the truck or I would call the police, and then the discussion escalated into screaming and swearing. I'm not proud of my part in it, but I am a 5 foot tall woman in my 60s and this person was telling me to ""F-off."" I should have called the police. To be clear, this person had plenty of room to pull forward and not block my driveway. But he chose to be rude and aggressive instead. I'm still shaking from the encounter. I would definitely not do business with this company.

Sub contractor Costco installer, very rude and unprofessional company and installers. They are unwilling to work or listen to customers. If only I could give 0 stars.

Can't edit first review so I add. Face to face meeting was much more pleasant and he knows his stuff. Installation not complete, but we understand why not.

OMG, I don't know where to start. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I had missed a phone call and door knock on the day this plumber was supposed to arrive, my fault, but the plumber did not even offer to come by later after all his other appointments were done, which all were to be done earlier now anyway. I made another appointment for today for 10am start, and was supposed to get a call to let me know so I could put my pets away, remove carpets and stuff around toilet. The plumber showed up over 1/2 hour early and said he called. I did not see any incoming calls on my phone. I took the plumber to the bathroom and told him I need a couple minutes to remove stuff around toilet and he said it all should have been done prior to his arrival. He would have had to do that anyway, so why the attitude? I then told him I needed that warning call, and he then said he was not interested in doing the work for me and start leaving. I told him I really don't understand why he is leaving and why he had such a bad attitude with me, and he told me ""Let's take this outside""! I can't believe he threatened me. I reported him and this company to Angi & Lowes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

The men installed a dishwasher that I had ordered from Costco. They were very polite and since it had rained they had shoe covers.
They got right to work with removal of the old dishwasher and got the new one in pretty efficiently. A positive experience.

3rd party installer for purchase at a big box store. unreliable. unprofessional in communication. Did not show at time we were promised. Phone rings and rings with no answer or voicemail. Rude on phone call.

They were chosen by the appliance supplier for installation and they were on time and did a good job.
