After having a couple of not so great experiences with contractors trying to upsell me and generally underestimating my intelligence, Todd was an absolute breath of fresh air. He clearly explained the problems associated with the job, how they would be attacked, and offered alternative solutions that would save us money. Further, I greatly appreciated his efficient, methodical, and incredibly courteous nature. While we've decided to take his advice and implement a no-cost solution for now I definitely intend on using his services for any future plumbing needs. I truly cannot say enough about how positive my experience was with him today and look forward to working with him again.

Our kitchen faucet had very low flow. In the past the manufacturer advised us to replace the entire faucet. Todd, and his son Ben, disagreed. They discovered and cleared two mineral deposit obstructions. Once again, excellent, quick work! Todd is the guy to call for any plumbing needs!

I called Todd at 9:15 this morning about the failure of my tankless hot water heater. He was at my home to see the situation within the hour, checked his distributor for a replacement, and showed up with Ben and the new heater a half hour later. Within 4.5 hours of my first call, the whole job was done and the total cost was close to the National average of such work (and less than the average cost of most such service in the SF Bay Area). In addition, Todd and Ben were friendly, professional, and good-natured throughout. The job was done before one of the other guys (who has that fancy ""get a quote"" Yelp marketing feature) was even available to come take a look. Wow. When my other tankless fails (expected soon, in light of the age), I know who I'll be calling. Five stars, without question. Thank you, Todd and Ben.

2 nights ago, I noticed a very heavy drip from my water heater's relief tube. The next morning, I called TA Roberts, and Mr Roberts immediately picked up the phone. I described the problem, and texted him a photo. Within a couple of hours, he called me back, and set up an appointment for the same afternoon. He showed up on time, with a phone call to let me know he was on the way. Mr Roberts quickly determined what was wrong, and explained it to me. Within a few minutes, it was repaired. Mr Roberts was prompt, thorough, and really fun to talk to. As I told him before he left, I am looking forward to my next plumbing problem, so that I can call him again.

Incredibly fast, professional plumbers! They were done fixing my leaky toilet within 1.5 hours of my calling for an appointment. I could not ask for more. Also they were a very nice family - good people. Really really impressed all around - I'll certainly call them next time I need a plumber. Our issue wasn't complicated (leaky wax seal on the bottom of the toilet) but they were able to diagnose it instantly and fix it super fast, and my bathroom looks great afterwards- totally clean.

They came to my house within the hour of calling them! They were thorough and friendly. Robert was understanding and worked with me as he was talking with me on the phone and my housemates at home. Robert quickly completed the job and upon completing explained that he didn't need a payment as he was already in the area and didn't have to do much work! A Business who is honest and cares for their clientele is hard to come by these days. I would HIGHLY recommend TA Roberts plumbing to any and everyone!

Amazing, efficient plumber. Excellent service.

I had a slow-filing toilet. Todd showed up almost immediately after I called. He fixed my slow-filling toilet by replacing the fill valve in ~10 minutes. Price for parts and labor was very fair.

I wouldn't hesitate to contact Todd again for future plumbing issues.
