Twebber is the worst company I've ever worked with! got our leach field done a couple years ago and it's still leaking. They had me delete my last review because they were gonna solve our issue but they didn't. At first they were going to help, but my brother signed a piece of paper even though he wasn't the homeowner nor my mom's power of attorney. So they wanted to quote me 50 K to fix our Leach field . They are the worst company. even with the new owners, they are a shit show along with their manager, unless they fired him too. Thats all but stay away from this company. Overcharge so have unqualified people doing work in our house.

After having my a/c and heat replaced, I have had several issues with the blower unit. I have made numerous appointments for service calls, and when the day arrived they never showed, their excuses are always the same "" we had too many emergency service calls today"" .
Stay away from this company. If you want to still use this company, check with your local building department first.

This company is such a scam claiming to be on the higher end. They charge an insane amount for a simple job. Do NOT use this company. Find yourself a proper installation person that charges an affordable amount.

This company charges an exorbitant amount. For installing a new $600 dishwasher, taking out the old one but NOT disposing of it - because there was no room in the van) - they charged a flat rate of $1,071.83 (inc. tax).

I was told that the charge is the same whether the job takes half an hour or four. My daughter was scammed and so confused that she signed to pay this very large amount for a very simple job. Subsequently a quote was obtained from a local contractor for a plumber and electrician to simply connect new dishwasher to existing plumbing and hardwire it as the old one had been - $500!
Please get a quote from someone else. The T Webber technician who did the installation was not an electrician. When I asked why he could not put an electrical socket in to make life easier in the future he said he was not an electrician and could only join the existing wires!

Tech came to my house to check on faucet. Gave me estimate in 5 minutes and charged me for it without giving me a copy of work to be done. Waited, then called company and did not get email/copy of estimate. I can only imagine if I decided to do the work with them, the back and forth. Not worth it.

Tried to chat with them today on their website about their charges but no can do! Why are all plumbers in this area scammers? Shameful. They act like they're saving lives. This company has horrible reviews anyway. I dodged a bullet.

The team from T.Webber was fantastic.
From the initial discussion with their first technician to the pair of very professional tradesmen who extended and re-routed our drain system from our grey water line into our waste line, we are very pleased with the quality of this work. They communicated clearly, worked very efficiently and cleaned up all areas of their work.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They are scammers! They told me over and over it would be $139.99 for a service tech to come to my home for electrical issues and if they could fix the problem, that the fee would be waived.

We were charged $273.56! The technician did nothing! He didn't seem like he really knew much to begin with and he couldn't figure out two of the problems and just gave us a quote for the one problem that we already knew the solution to.

Just had Jones Services come to our home, no charge. Same day fix for less than TWebber quoted.

TWebber service manager never called back when I called to dispute the charge.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, wish I would have read the review first!

Called T. Weber because my plumber wasn't available. The expansion tank for my boiler needed to be replaced. They charged me $1136. My plumber said that was a $125 part. My boiler continued to leak. They came back and pressure checked the system. Said I needed a new water heater for $8860. My plumber pressure check the system and said I only need a value replaced. T. Weber is notorious intentionally miss diagnosing.
Don't ever call them!!!
