Honestly would take all day to write how pleased I am with Stanley & Son. My water pump & pressure tank both went out on a Sunday morning, called Stanley & Son that day they immediately got back to me. I was in no hurry to so decided to wait till Monday, they got to me at 9am on the dot. They were punctual, professional, they not only took the time to explain what was compromised in my current system but also how I could prevent such inconveniences in the future. I found it refreshing that they're are still local businesses out here that take great pride in their work, with Stanley & Son does and it shows. I would absolutely recommend these professionals and I will only be calling them for all my future needs. As a first time home owner I appreciated them taking time to educate me, Thanks you!

Our well pump went out at 10:00 pm. My husband called TW Stanley & Son almost immediately. They offered to come out to take a look that night! We arranged to have them come out first thing the next morning since it was quite late. The father and son team arrived on time and had our well water running again within 45 minutes. It turned out to be an electrical issue with the pump. We could have easily been ""super sized "" by anyone and told we needed a whole new well pump installed and we would never have known the difference. We really appreciate their honesty. Their number is permanently saved in our phones in case we have any future issues with our well pump or system. We HIGHLY recommend TW Stanley & Son!

During the snow, our water stopped working at our home and our rental property. I called and they answered right away even though it was after hours. He asked when I wanted him to come out and I opted for the next day. He called me the next morning when he said he would and let me know he was on his way. He immediately found the problem and fixed it.
I would use him again. The only thing I would say to improve on is to let your customer know about the travel surcharge. But then again It maybe that is the way things are now a days.

I highly recommend Mr. Stanley and his son, Trey, for any well water pump repair that you may have. They are super courteous, professional, very responsive, and stand by their work. Two months ago,they replaced my water tank and well water pump system within 3 hours, arriving at my house within one hour of my phone call. I had another problem today and they came out and fixed the problem promptly. They have upheld their warranty policies for both the product and the labor.
