Not sure how this Yelp stuff works, I tried to add onto a 5 star review I'd previously written for a drain cleaning. With this update, it would seem the old review went away. Oh well, it makes no difference. The drain cleaning, service, cleanup after the fact was outstanding. With that, we just experienced a new problem.

We realized we had a leak in our slab, and after the leak was isolated, we called T-Top to take care of the issue. Going into the foundation was not acceptable, nor was touching the newly remodeled kitchen where the main leaking line supplied hot water.

We understood the hoop jumping that would have to take place to reroute our line, but the folks from T-Top handled the job with the minimal amount of intrusion/damage to drywall within our two-story home.

I'll cut to the chase...work was completed with minimal drywall repair being needed, and the crew did its utmost best to do any cleanup before they left. Great group of guys. We are totally pleased at the end of the day.

Been using T-Top for years. I always ask for Rod...he's the best. But recently we returned home from a trip and my wife heard water running in the wall even though no water was on. Called for Rod. He came out and confirmed a cold-water line break somewhere, but no sign of water damage. Next we had a leak detection company come out, and sure enough: under the slab leak located beneath the shower.
Nightmares of major jackhammer work was not necessary. Scott from T-Top spent a good hour just looking at the problem and coordinating with the leak detection people. Next day his construction guys got up in the attic and down on the floor to make the smallest wall opening possible. Pipe re-route saved the shower and my checkbook, and I got a good night's sleep. T-Top is great!

I posted a review the other day, but I don't see it here, so I'm posting again about the fantastic job t top did for me. They are friendly, efficient, reasonably priced, courteous, caring... I just can't say enough good things about them. The owner, Scott, is hands on and was here 3-4 times while the work was being done. They do a superior job and cleaned up afterwards. They cautioned me every day about being careful around the work. They care, folks. I would recommend them to anyone and would not use anyone else!

Recently my wife and I used T top Plumbing to solve a hot water pipe leak in our house next to our kitchen. The problem was complicated by the fact the leak was in a pipe underneath our floor tile that was relatively new. As a result of the leak, our kitchen cabinet was damaged as were a number of baseboards. T Top quickly came in and determined that the least evasive solution to the leak would be to reroute the hot water copper pipe into the attic. The insurance agreed with the plan and Scott and his crew quickly did the reroute. We were extremely impressed with the work done and the fact no tiles had to be replaced and only a few drywall holes have to be fixed. I can't say enough for the work performed by T top Plumbing. They were very professional, considerate of my wife and my concerns, and the cost was minimal under the circumstances. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a good Plumber.

These guys really came through for us as we had a water main break in the front yard on of all days Sunday. A fellow came out early the next day, fixed the problem, was honest and the price was reasonable.

I have no idea why these guys have such good reviews. from my encounter with them they were horrible. I wouldn't recomend them to anyone. They showed up unannounced, couldn't wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive or they were going to charge extra? but they charged a fee to come out with out anyone aware that they were coming out. doesn't make sense. The guy didn't even attempt to find out where the leak was coming from. His method of diagnosis was to have someone tap on a tub to see if it was above the leak. like really? I have worked with many plumbers and from my experience this is by far the worst plummer I have ever come in contact with.

I have used this company for my plumbing repairs for over 10 years. They replaced a hot water heater for me recently and they go above and beyond. They are reliable and do great work . If you live in the Simi Valley area and need a plumber, this is the company to call. Both Rob and Mike do great work and are really helpful.

Man - T-Top was a lifesaver, and specifically Michael Carpenter. I found a leak mid-flooring job, so needed someone ASAP. Mike made it to my house in 15 minutes flat and had a ton of knowledge and was able to quickly identify the issue. Couldn't ask for a better guy or service.
