Recently my wife and I used T top Plumbing to solve a hot water pipe leak in our house next to our kitchen. The problem was complicated by the fact the leak was in a pipe underneath our floor tile that was relatively new. As a result of the leak, our kitchen cabinet was damaged as were a number of baseboards. T Top quickly came in and determined that the least evasive solution to the leak would be to reroute the hot water copper pipe into the attic. The insurance agreed with the plan and Scott and his crew quickly did the reroute. We were extremely impressed with the work done and the fact no tiles had to be replaced and only a few drywall holes have to be fixed. I can't say enough for the work performed by T top Plumbing. They were very professional, considerate of my wife and my concerns, and the cost was minimal under the circumstances. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a good Plumber.

I have no idea why these guys have such good reviews. from my encounter with them they were horrible. I wouldn't recomend them to anyone. They showed up unannounced, couldn't wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive or they were going to charge extra? but they charged a fee to come out with out anyone aware that they were coming out. doesn't make sense. The guy didn't even attempt to find out where the leak was coming from. His method of diagnosis was to have someone tap on a tub to see if it was above the leak. like really? I have worked with many plumbers and from my experience this is by far the worst plummer I have ever come in contact with.

I have used this company for my plumbing repairs for over 10 years. They replaced a hot water heater for me recently and they go above and beyond. They are reliable and do great work . If you live in the Simi Valley area and need a plumber, this is the company to call. Both Rob and Mike do great work and are really helpful.

Man - T-Top was a lifesaver, and specifically Michael Carpenter. I found a leak mid-flooring job, so needed someone ASAP. Mike made it to my house in 15 minutes flat and had a ton of knowledge and was able to quickly identify the issue. Couldn't ask for a better guy or service.

Recently found a small pinhole in my copper line as it entered the house (was not leaking yet) and called T Top to come out and take a look at it before it got any worse. Michael came out the same day and was able to make the repair and restore my peace of mind. He was very friendly and professional and the price was reasonable for the repair work. I've used T Top before in the past and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

You won't find a better plumbing business in my opinion.
I had water leak to my home and a leak detection/ plumbing co came out and let me now the source. In order to repair it, they quoted me a price of $500..... I saw on this site that T Top plumbing would be worth giving a try.
In the end, Rod, who came out, was very professional AND gave tips on how to keep your plumbing safe too!
The final $ was under $200 and they came to my home ASAP!
Way to go T TOP and thanks for all your help Rod!

We have used this company 3-4 times, and the first thing I love about them is how friendly they are on the phone!! The last couple of times I've had Rod, and he is very low-key but knowledgeable, and really seems to go the extra mile to be helpful. And they don't overcharge!! So bottom line--I'm not afraid to call the plumber anymore as I know I'll get good service and a reasonable rate!
