The delivery was late throwing us off our schedule and we had to cancel our appointment. With only one day before having to return home they efficiently rescheduled our appointment on short notice which was greatly appreciated. Grady was the plumber they sent to do the work and he was great. He is a very nice young man and got the job done on one afternoon which was a challenge because it is an older house that needed some modifications to adapt to the new appliances.
