I just want to thank T&T Plumbing and Trent for a great job this morning looking for a leak in our trailer. Trent went the extra mile checking things out putting things right. I have had the water on all day and not a drop has reappeared.

T & T Plumbing in Ashton, ID provided outstanding customer support and service when we needed them. We had a water leak in the crawl space under our cabin in Island Park, and called them. Fortunately, they had someone in the area and they were at our place within 20 minutes. Ryan and Reilly were amazing. They fixed our leaks (turned out to be three), and checked everything in the cabin. They fixed hard to turn on-off faucets in our bathrooms, made sure there were no leaks in the house, and the water heater was working. They were absolute life savers. So thank you Ryan and Reilly for the outstanding service you provided. We highly recommend T&T Plumbing!

I had a wonderful experience with T & T Plumbing today. Earlier in the month I was able to talk with Shelly and Theresa at the office and schedule the replacement of my NG water heater for a new Tankless water heater. Rick came over the day before the install to make sure everything was ready, the unit to be installed was a Noritz NRC-111. This morning Rick called and I began to drain the old water heater so it would be empty when they came. Don and Rick were here on time, and went straight to work. They were such a great team. They double and triple checked all the fittings, vents and made a successful installation. They walked me through the process of running the unit, helped me do the warranty registration and even instructions for the descaling process every six months. They used my recirculating pump and made sure the water softener was all set to go. I now have nearly instant hot water (an endless supply) at all my faucets, showers and tubs. You can count on T & T plumbing to do a great job for you!
