The owner of T&T saw my review. And did everything he could fix the situation. He apologized many times, even though it wasn't entirely his fault and he wasn't the one who fixed the pipe. But he have my pipe fixed today. It was such a a relief for me. The leak was destroying my siding and my bricks. But he stopped at nothing to have that pipe properly repaired for me. Even in the cold rain. He's a great honest and reliable person. I can't express how much I appreciate him. And him and his company would be wonderful to hire. He won't let you down. And I also wanted to send out a special thanks to the very kind technician he had repair my pipe. Thank you both so much

I needed a few items in my home that needed repair. Mr. Davis brought all the supplies necessary for the projects and went above what was requested for the repairs. He's also providing referrals for one other project that needs to be completed. He was very professional in the home repairs and I would recommend him to other homeowners.

I wish that I could give Terry more than 5 stars more like 10 stars*****because his response time and work was impeccable! Saturday morning I woke up to water under my kitchen sink and both sides were stopped up. I like to support small black businesses so I was hoping that price would be fair. I requested a quote and the response seemed like instant and was extremely reasonable. For clarity of the quote I called to ask a few more questions and confirmed my appointment for Sunday. Just like that he answered all of my questions and although he was booked for the day said if something clears he'd give me a call. It might have been a few hour later and he called to say he can come by just to see what will be needed for the repairs. He arrived as promised with a mask already on, so I was already thrilled because it would have been awkward to deny entry but hey Covid has things changed lol Terry immediately went to work checking and since it was not a hug deal he left to get parts and returned to fix it on the spot. Price was very fair and not overpriced like the other quotes that I had received from the larger based companies that seem to make up things to run up the bill. He charged exactly what he said with no added on charges, I paid in cash but he also accepts Cash App but no checks. I really appreciated him taking care of us so quickly and he even guarantees his work. I woke this morning and no more drip so he did the damn thing!! Since he is skilled at many other services I definitely intend to hire him for additional work and will refer him to all of family and friends. Thank you Terry for your service and I will be reaching out soon to begin the next project.

Used his services for general repairs which was good. But was quoted one price for interior painting, then was given a ridiculous price over his previous quoted price. He had already seen the space so the price shouldn't have went up. So disappointing.

Mr. Davis has come to my home twice to take care of my plumbing needs. He is a very professional man and he responds to my call's quickly. He does not mind picking up the items you need and bringing them to your home. I'm going to continue to use him into the future. He is an all around handy man and can do lots of work for you around your home.

I hired Terry to replace the hardware in one of our toilets. I found Terry to be very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. His prices are reasonable, and he was able to get the work done quickly even though the request was made right before Christmas. I will definitely hire Terry again in the future for home maintenance issues.
