The rating for this company is 5 stars, period. As I write, Yelp shows an astonishing rating of 3. Not to diminish the perceptions of those reviewers who reported bad experiences, but statistically it's what would happen if the majority of their clients reviewed here. These guys are incredible, from quality of and pride in their work to chivalry in emergencies. As a design company, having them on multiple projects large and small, I am amazed by them over and over. That's not even speaking to their politeness and the exemplary comradery among them... Can't recommend them enough.

T & S Plumbing is an honest and reliable plumbing service. I strongly recommend them for any plumbing needs. They immediately diagnosed the problem, scheduled the """"Do Not Dig"""" to come and mark all the cables, lines, etc., and made all the necessary repairs. There were no """"additional"""" costs added to my invoice. What they quoted is exactly what I was charged. They worked us into their schedule and resolved our plumbing issues quickly as we were down to one bathroom and were not able to use our kitchens or the laundry. I can't recommend them enough!

Rave to T&S Plumbing! They called back with 30 minutes and Russell was at our house in 25. Russell was amazing. He took his time to explain what the issue was, give us a company to help get an estimate and deal with homeowners insurance, checked for other leaks, and was overall very pleasant and kind at 10:00 pm. We will definitely be calling him back to help us fix this problem!! I highly recommend them!

I called T&S Plumbing because I had a toilet that wouldn't flush. I already knew that all it needed was a new handle, but I do not have the arm strength to tighten bolts, etc. They told me they would either come that afternoon or first thing the next morning. I explained that I had a Dr appointment and that it would, indeed, have to be in the morning...or a different day. They assured me I would be the first person on the schedule. So, yep, next day I waited and waited and waited. No plumber, no phone call, nothing. So, around 11:30 I called them, asked them what happened to """"first on the schedule"""". He said, they'll be their in just a few minutes. I repeated that I had a Dr appointment and that it was cutting it close. About 20 minutes later a plumber actually arrived. He replaced the handle. It took all of ten minutes. He charged me $157.00!!! I was very stressed with needing to go to my appointment, so I just wrote the check. BUT, by that evening I was livid. Let's see...a typical visit from a plumber runs about $65.00..the handle absolutely could not have cost more than $10.00... so, apparently 5 to 10 minutes of labor cost me $82.00!!! That comes to all most $500.00 per hour. What a rip off. Never, never, NEVER call these people.

Flash Forward 9 months after my initial review and T&S calls me to 'discuss' my review. The 'owner' said she fired the employee for poor performance and being unprofessional, sounds like a reinforcement of what I experienced. She then goes on to blame me for my poor experience, stating I should not have solicited her employee to do extra work. She was not on site, does not know the nature or extent of my conversations with the workers, she stated my review had no founding and should be removed. After listening to her for over 20 minutes I said I would not remove my review. I finally had to just hang up on her, after she interrupted me several times and I felt disrespected even further as a 'customer' Do not recommend!!!!

T&S is by far the best plumbing company in the area. I've used them a handful of times now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. Every time I've used them, they either answered the phone immediately or called back within the hour and arrived when they said they would. They are very reasonably priced, but most of all, they are courteous and professional.

I had work done on a leaking shower about 6 months ago. Woke up two days ago, the shower was leaking again in the same spot so I called back because a pipe I had fixed should not be leaking already. Well first off, no appointment was given after I was told they would call back with a time. I was told this morning we will be there in 1-2 hours, when I had to work, so I asked if it could be after 3, which came with a grumbling yes. At 1 they started calling me asking if they could come earlier. No I am at work and said 3, which I already had to take off early for. Well the guy gets to my house, says the guy that did the work before does not work there anymore and that they don't know what the problem was before, but to see what it is now, they would have to charge me because they don't know if it is the same problem. Same shower leaking in the same spot, and you just told me you didn't know what work was done before. Also tried to tell me it had been over a year since the work was done which is impossible since I have not lived in my house for a year. Then stated that they only guarantee work for 30 days, what bs is that?! I highly recommend finding a company that will stand by their work for longer than 30 days, make appointments, and fix the problem the first time. I will NEVER use this company again.

What a professional group of folks! I had some """"small"""" plumbing needs that I thought would mean I wouldn't get same day service, but I did! A tech came out in hours from my call instead of days, and checked everything out and gave a price upfront before begining the work! After finishing the work was still the same price no suprises! Great Job T&S Plumbing!
