That last Lady's review is crazy, impossible. I have been using Todd for over 5 years here in Santa Clarita and on my rental proprieties in Los Angeles. He has done everything from leaks, to new fixtures, many water heaters, dug up my front yard and replaced the main, remodeled my best friends bathroom in Burbank, unplugged my yard drains, has helped many friends I have referred to him. I own 8 properties and Todd always shows up when I call him, same day too, always professional, clean, uses quality parts from Hersh, never any problem or issues. Had a friend of mine, I thought, asked him to re fix an electrical problem I had and paid him for, his response was, ""I don't make em, I just install em"" He never came back and took care of it, then had to pay another electrician to do it over. With Todd The Plumber, had an issue with a bad part attached to a gas line, called him, came back the very next morning and fixed it. This guy is great. Give him a shot, you won't be sorry.

He is not licensed. He knew nothing about the hot water recirculating pump and could not complete the repair of a pipe leak. He told me to get it done by someone else and pay him or he would rip out everything he did with the pipes. He threatened to tear out the pipes. He used a glue that took 6 hours to dry but he did not want to come back in 6 hours and he told me that I could finish the job myself. He wanted me to turn the water back on and bleed the air from the pipes, to climb to the top of a very tall water heater and turn valves a certain way, to turn 5 other valves on and so on. I said I was not able to do all that, I am a senior woman. He finally agreed to return to complete his job but he wanted to double his already high quote to finish his job. I was frustrated and afraid of this guy so I agreed to allow him to return. This is when I learned he did not know how to set the recirculating hot water pump. He became belligerent and threatening but what he did not know was that I was on the phone with the restoration company who recommended him who heard the threats through my phone. Once he found out the boss heard it all he became compliant, and accepted his original quote for the job.
I have no idea how he gets 5 stars because he is totally unprofessional and unskilled, as well as rude and too talkative.

Incredible service level and response. Had a plumbing drain leak, water everywhere. Contacted Todd on a weekend. Came fully equipped and fixed! Can't beat that level of service. Really down to earth nice guy.

Our tankless water heater was not giving us any hot water and needed to be flushed. I read the great reviews for Todd here on Yelp, but little did I know that they were an understatement. Todd is professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, fair, and very kind. In addition, he has the best prices in town and is up-front about everything. From our initial phone conversation to the text messages after the service, he was very thoughtful. At one point, he had to call the manufacturer just to double check something. ""I wanted to make sure we got it done right for you."" I'm the type of person who doesn't like to go with someone new, even if that someone has great reviews, because I don't want to get ripped off, and there's always a chance of that happening. I want to work with the same person for years to come, a person I can trust, a person I don't have to haggle with because he has my best interest at heart. Well, I found that person for all my future plumbing needs. Todd, I appreciate you, brother. Thank you for everything and for a job well-done!

Prior to Todd, I used lynch plumbing and was disappointed at the insane cost to replace a valve in the toilet tank and plus they sent just one of their guys over not even a plumber (not that you have to be a plumber to replace that part but for the price I was paying) anyway so when I had another plumbing issue I was gonna use my home warranty but someone recommended Todd and his price was the same as a service call with the warranty and since you never know who they will send out nor when, I hired todd. He was prompt and took care of my issue and even helped me out when my problem was more extensive than I thought. His price was super reasonable. He doesn't nickel and dime you and does extra things for free like routinely inspecting other toilets and faucets and water pressure. He'll be my go to for plumbing needs from now on.

My water heater was not working. I had no hot water. It was Saturday and I made many calls to no avail. Someone on facebook recommended Todd. I called him at 7pm on a Saturday and he came right over,. I couldn't believe it. He fixed it right away and did an excellent job and his price was reasonable. I really appreciate the way he handled the call. I will be using him as my plumber from now on. Thank you Todd!!!!!

Todd did an excellent job of cleaning out the outside drains that catch rainwater and carry it to the street. They were full of packed mud and rocks causing water to back up which was threatening with all the rain we've had. It's something you don't think about much until those drains aren't working. Todd is very friendly and did a great job which relieved a lot of stress for us. He's a keeper plumber!

Well we found a great plumber to replace our Hot Water Heater and he was friendly, thorough, reliable , very reasonable and kept very clean. I normally scout out the good companies and keep my own little list of referrals so when my neighbors need someone then they ask me.
