I needed some new outdoor hose bibs installed along with new plumbing to each of them. Travis quickly responded and i was greatful to find out that he was able to come and perform an excellent job the very next day. He was professional and straight forward through the whole process.

We had a recent bad experience and was pleasantly surprised with everything, including the price! Definitely keeping them on speed dial. I waited three months AFTER I was told the part came in for my roof to be repaired. Multiple promises of coming over to do the job. My request for a refund of the deposit was ignored. Run, don't walk away!

Travis wore a mask and seemed professional. He does not accept checks normally but made an exception which was great, but he did ask us to make it out to him personally which should have been a red flag for me. He came by on December 4 to repair a clogged toilet, he dumped what he refers to as a ""cocktail"" down the toilet and said it would definitely clear it. I had asked if he guaranteed the work, he said yes, if it didn't unclog in 48 hours he would retreat the system and did tell me if it ended up being a bigger job he was going to have to charge more.

The next day he texted to ask me if it unclogged, it hadn't but that was under 24 hours. Travis does not work Sundays so I waited until Monday, Dec. 6 to let him know the system was still clogged. He said he would stop by Tuesday, that evening he didn't show up so I texted him again, he said he wouldn't be there until tomorrow [Wednesday]. He never stopped by and at this point I'm irritated so I waited to text him until Thursday, Dec 10. I had to include the snarky ""hello?"" 3+ hours later to get a response. He said he was in my area that day and would stop by, he never did.

It is now Dec. 18, he has still not come by to retreat our system. We paid $250 and if the 5 gallons of chemicals worked I would have been ok with that. Travis cashed the check pretty quickly, didn't give us a receipt, said he was licensed but I cannot find a license number for him nor did he provide one.

We went with a non-corporate company to support local business and to keep our cost down but I'll stick with Rotor Rooter after this. I'm disabled, two of my children are, and my father in law who is in his 80s lives with us. We're on a fixed income so that's $250 we flushed down the clogged toilet.

At this point I don't want Travis to come back because I flat out do not trust him.

He took down 3 standing dead trees, two of them were immense. Afterwards, he and his team cleaned the areas, cut up and stacked the wood.
I feel the price he charged was fair.

I contacted this company approximately 6 weeks ago. Travis showed up late as he had entered it into his calendar on the incorrect date. Travis took the cabinet door that we had wanted repaired and a $100 deposit. He said that he might need to return the following week for an additional $100 even though he had estimated the repair would cost about $250. Travis contacted us the following week to let us know that due to a storm that caused power outages, he had not been able to start work on our door. Three weeks later we wrote and asked for an update. We wrote again and requested to have our door returned. We have not had a response. Although this company brands itself as customer oriented with good communication that was far from our experience. We do not recommend this company.

Travis did a great job hanging some curtains, including one for an extra long patio, and fixing a raised board on my deck! He's very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough, such as taking to the time to carefully measure everything. Travis responded to my request for a quote within a few hours and came to do the work a few days later for a very reasonable price. I'm having him come back again in the near future to do a few other odds and ends for me. I highly recommend T Power House!

Took several weeks to put a backyard fence up for us and it was like pulling teeth to get him to come over and finish it. Multiple excuses and multiple times would say he's ""coming tomorrow"" and wouldn't show up. He was supposed to come back and finish a few things i.e. cut all the posts so they're even, replace a warped panel, and replace cheap already broken latch but he has completely blown us off now that we've paid him. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this guy at all. Pay a little extra for some reliable honest work and avoid this guy.

Update: tried giving the guy another chance to come finish the work and more no shows and more excuses. Excuses began prior to his health concerns and just kept going. The fence should not have cost double as stated in his reply. Given his workmanship it should have cost half. Now I have to pay another company to come finish his work. Nightmare. Avoid this guy.
