I've had many contractors over the years and this company is by far the best! The owner is an awesome dude and his staff is equally as courteous and knowledgeable. He took the stress out of a challenging and complex job and made it a breeze for me. Everything I wanted was remembered and completed with only a positive can do, get it done attitude. The work was well thought out, tidy and organized. He can quickly assess a situation and give a price estimate which some plumbers can't do. He could even easily translate my novice plumbing language. I would recommend this company to anyone!

We had some complicated plumbing issues (leaks, mold, etc) that the prior owners left us with. T.Parke helped us with all stages of getting the bathrooms redone. Very helpful too was that they recommended some equally reliable trades people for tile and other parts of the job. Recommended to several neighbors already and all were positive about their experience. Good value for money (didn't feel like i was getting up sold or scammed on anything). Owner, Tom, nice guy and oversees all their jobs personally which led to no excuses. Thumbs up from wife and I.

I had a leak and used T Park based on a referral. They completed that job mid-January 2023 and did a good job. I asked the technicians to look at a larger plumbing request and provide an estimate. Late January I had to reach out to find out the status of that request. I then receive an appointment email for Febrary 2nd for which I had to change my plans to meet. No one showed up or called. On February 4th I asked for a update and received an email to apologize for the mix up as no one intended to come but they would provide an estimate. A month later I emailed them indicating I had not heard anything. It's now June and they have never responded. Unreliable does not communicate or follow up. Very disappointing, if they did not want the job they should just say so!

I had a plumbing emergency today and needed my shower fixed so I could have water turned back on to the house. I had tried to fix the problem my self, made it worse. To make matters worse, when I consulted U-Tube to see how hard the repair would be the guy said """"While you can do this, I would suggest a calling a Plummer."""" I called and talked to the person and she said she could have someone over on Monday. When I explained my situation she sent a man over right away. The two young men did an outstanding job. Total cost $160 but worth every penny.

On time. Efficient and easy to do business with. They replaced all of my cheap valves. Installed two new faucets and did it in less than two hours.

Hot Water Heater went - we contacted T. Parke Co., they called to confirm next day appointment - were in our gated community the next morning, on time. Very efficient and reasonable [fixed a toilet's """"innards"""" while they were there]. Highly recommended.
