Horrible horrible , liars and cheaters...inspected a water heater leak and identified it as a pre-existing condition on a previously working water heater unit in collusion with Warranty company to decline a claim... hand in glove with warranty company to deny claims even though coverage is there.. rude service with no response to customer sentiments due to a disruption of daily routine... warranty company goes by their inspection report which is written to favor home warranty company... reading other reviews i think its a scam these guys are perpetrating in collusion with warranty companies to dupe customers of their hard earned dollars...

This company is horrible I had an appointment for my house and I called to get an update and they told me the tech called in sick!!! They never called me to inform me that! If it weren't for the warranty company they work for I would have gotten someone else !!!

We've lived at our older duplex in Escalon for almost a year, plumbing old as dirt. Our third time having to call the home warranty company for a plumber. For our third visit Nick T. Came and fixed our sink clog that previously we'd been told was ""A tough fix"" due to galvanized piping decay (heard this twice) clogs never fixed. Nick T. Fixed it all and cleaned under our sink(didn't have to do that) appreciate him. Will ask for him next time.

This company is an absolute ripoff....STAY AWAY....I unfortunately was given this company by my home warranty Old Republic. They claimed they needed to replace water lines and gas lines to my water heater that were in brand new condition. Tried to say they had to replace them because the fittings were different and it was a total lie. They know the home warranties do not cover these parts so they rip people off. Two water lines and one gas line that cost under $30 dollars they charged my wife $375 dollars. WHAT A TOTAL SCAM

If your home warranty recommends this company tell them you refuse and want another plumbing company, trust me

If I could give 0 stars I would!! The management and the dispatchers are AWFUL! Worst customer service I have ever received! Sonya is the most unpleasant, unprofessional, and unhelpful ""supervisor"" I have ever encountered. Anytime you had a question or concern her only response would be ""well take it up with your home warranty then"". Very rude! They ordered the wrong hot water heater on a Thursday, called me on Friday and said someone would be out Monday to install the correct one once it arrived on Monday. I called Monday morning and was told the same thing. Then Monday afternoon comes and Sonya tells me they won't be out until Wednesday!
The technicians that came out were amazing, we have absolutely no complaints about them. Our entire issue was with Sonya, the dispatchers, and the management. I would not recommend this company to anyone and sincerely hope we never have to deal with them again

We have used T & N plumbing & electrical services via home warranty very poor experience representative didn't show up within given time window. when he arrived he was not well equipped to perform the job there were multiple things listed on the work order where as he has perform nothing but just testing the outlet if working or not . which barely took him 10-15 min max as he was not well equipped to perform the job nothing he has fixed as per work order.
Home warranty should not give contract to such people and waste customer time. I have to contact back & forth several times to make sure the contractor is coming. Lady name SONIA/ SHANNON sound similar over the phone may be change of name. Liz the manager very rude no manners how to talk with customer .
Kind request to HOME WARRANTY people not give business to such people. Not even worth fo one star rating. Had such poor experience overall will not recommend anyone for any services.Agree with BBB review by ADAM they should not be in business.

My home warranty dispatched this company also. This Plumbing and Electrical has the worst dispatch. And scheduling desk is extremely rude and incompetent. I had an appointment confirmed via text form them for a week later. On the day of the office calls me to tell me did I still want the repair, done I responded yes you texted me a confirmation last week. The scheduling person told me I couldn't send a technician there today because I did not call her back. I asked why would I have to call you back when I called you for the appointment ?.
I was upset after waiting for a week for the next appointment. The dispatcher told me that she would make an appointment for me the next day. I told her that I would call my Home warranty company to let them know what took place, scheduling person then said to me if you are going to do that I will not schedule you an appointment for tomorrow and then hung up on me.
The Home warranty company called the office and was able to get me an appointment the next day, but it was still the next day after three weeks with no hot water. ?

Horrible company. I was assigned to them for plumbing and electrical issues by First American home warranty. Even though they are handling both requests, they don't want to talk to you about them together. Their plumber came out and blamed one of the issues on the electrical, then their electrician came out and blamed that issue on the plumber. To make matters worse, the electrician didn't even file a report to First American so the work order was closed out without anything being fixed! Called and got through to Sonya, who has an answer before she even hears what the question is and is plain rude. There is zero effort to understand the issue and instead they frustrate you to the point where you just give up.

These guys are total crooks and shills for the warranty companies they work for! My shower handle broke off it's plastic mounting and they told the warranty company it was normal wear and tear! Wtf?? If that's the case, then every failure can be considered normal wear and tear!

No wonder they received bad reviews and will continue to receive BAD reviews! My home warranty company sent these guys to my home to asses the problem. In his report, the technician indicated that I broke the handle on the hot water dispenser. That was totally a LIE!!! The tank was leaking and the handle was loose from normal daily use for the last 10+ years!
