Trust the bad rating and find another plumber. If zero stars existed, I would give them that. Hired through my warranty, they are unprofessional, unable to follow through on promises, cannot do a thorough job, I could go on. When you read these reviews with how they deserve low stars and why, it's consistent; I experienced the same things as them. Their business practice is to waste your time waiting for them to eventually show up, give you the run around with not doing anything while there despite knowing why they're coming, find ways to make money off of you by not reporting the issues with your warranty company so they can get a ""retail bid"" outside of warranty, and be rude to you all the while. Trust these reviews and find another company!

Service call thru home warranty. Replaced a hose bib, started leaking within an hour after they left. Had to call the home warranty company to get them back out, because 2 phone calls to them did nothing.
I will also be double checking the leaks under the house because I do not trust their work.

The worst service, customer service, time waited for ""parts"" and much more. I have never in my life seen such unprofessionalism from a company!!! All i can say is PLEASE do not do ANY business with this absolutely horrendous joke of a company! Just terrible

I reviewed the rating before Choice Warranty sent them out and said to myself ""oh, hell here we go again with another low rated company"". And I wasn't done disappointed. When the first initial tech showed up he stood at the door looking at me if it were crazy. He said ""you got a leak?"" I said ""yes"". He said ""you want to show me then?"" No introduction, no nothing. He'd been called to fix a toilet that had stopped working completely. I thought he was going to fix it on the spot but instead he took photos and said he had to send it in for approval. I asked him how long that would that take and he said 20 minutes. I'm thinking oh good he'll be able to fix it today. Wrong. He went out into his truck and left. I called Choice Warranty to see if he'd sent the request in. No he hadn't. So Choice Warranty called and told them to send in the request. Next day passed and still no request. It took 3 days to get them to submit the request and another two days to send someone out for repair. All this time with no working toilet. We had to use buckets. I was so frustrated with this company as well as Choice Warranty. I cancelled my policy with Choice Warranty.

The first plumber that came out arrived almost an hour early. He was professional and throughly explained the possible repairs needed on my hot water heater. I was however disappointed the needed repairs could not be made the same day. He said he had to file a report with my Home Warrantee to see what repairs they would cover. I did NOT recieve a copy of that report. About 10 days later I received notice from my Home Warrantee that my claim for repairs was denied. They claimed the repairs needed fell under a manufactures warantee. The same day, T & N plumbing called back to rescheduale a new hot water heater install. I was told there would be an additional charge of over $360. Two technicians arrived promptly the next day and removed the old hot water heater. Then they left to go buy a new one at the local hardware store. They returned quickly and installed the new tank with new hoses and straps. They went over the new tank settings and safety features and left me the users manuals. I was told by them their service orders said zero balance due.
1st my Home Warrantee, First American, has been a nightmare to deal with. You can not get answers or get any information from a real person. It was a big inconvenience to wait and have to reschedule a 2nd repair. To recieve contradictory information about the repairs being allowed (covered) was also frustrating.
I aslo found the ""scheduler or office staff"" that set the appointments was a little rude and short. Again, contradictory information and what repairs were covered and if there was additional cost.

Worst company ever! do not go to them! You will be stressed out! They are very unprofessional and rude. my appointment was cancelled last minute and did not reschedule until a week later only to say they couldn't do the job.

the Teck was on time, did a great job.
went above the job that he came out for. after fixing the electrical problem the circuit breaker, he then re installed my oven and cooktop and hocked it up and tried to see if it worked, it did not a problem with the stove oven. as he was the electrician called, he did not have to do the rest/ i thanked him and then called the sears appliance co out to fix.

This company accepted an assignment that was sent to various vendors from a home warranty company, which they scheduled for a timeframe between 7:00-11:00 timeframe. They were provided the location, and we gave them a call to confirm the appt. The person who answered the phone had no greeting of their company name.....just, ""Hello...."". After my inquiry to confirm appt and approximate time their technician would come out, the response was that they do not service the area of the property location. In my experience, a reputable company would call the customer to confirm the appointment. I can't justify a one star rating based on the little (or lack of) interaction with this company.....but this rating could not be completed without a star rating.
