I had a horrible experience with T&N Plumbing and Electrical so far. The first technician (Plumber) came out and informed me that the pressure regulator valve needs to be replaced. Few hours later, they cancelled the already visit that was already done. They setup another appointment for repairing pressure regulator valve for 2 days later. The second plumber tried to repair and made the condition of the existing pressure regulator valve worse. (it was 120 psi earlier and after the botched repair it went up to 140 psi or little more). When I asked them the solution was either to shutoff the water supply to the entire house or continue to use the broken pressure regulator. They needed to hear from warranty for approval to replace the Pressure Regulator Valve. Today I receive a call from them that I need to pay additional $200 for modifications they need to do to install a new Pressure Regulator Valve which I believe is a rip off. They don't explain what needs to be modified and why it needs to be modified. They only provide details to Home Warranty Company. It's sad that First American Home Warranty has chosen them and gives no other option for Homeowners. This is all after I paid them $85 service request fee.

My water heater broke and used my warranty that i have with Choice Warranty. Of course they assign the vendor. Worst service ever! The Tech came out and said we needed 2 parts. 3 days later they came back short the 2nd part. I called the owner and he denird making a mistake in not ordering the 2nd part. He said he would put the order into the warranty company for approval. Next day I called the warranty company and no order. The warranty company called the vendor for the order and told them to set my next appointment and no call. I called the vendor twice and was sent to voicemail as they have caller ID and didn't want to deal with me. NEVER USE THIS VENDOR@!!! NO WATER HEATER FOR 2 WEEKS NOW!

I've read many of the negative reviews, fortunately my experiences with this company have been positive.
Alexis has been the plumber on the last couple of calls and he's knowledgeable, personable and explains what's going on.
Everyone that I have spoke to from the company have been courteous and helpful.
My home warranty company selects T & N as their vendor and I realize that sometimes the quality of the vendor selected can be less than desired but that hasn't been my experience.

IF GIVEN A CHOICE, CHOOSE ANY OTHER PLUMBING COMPANY. To start, we were required to use this company because First American appliance insurance sent them. They started out good, moving our appointment up two days sooner. We didn't have hot water, so that was appreciated. Of course it needed a part, so it was ordered and replaced a few days later. But that didn't fix it. They were going to order another part, then decided to replace the water heater. Replacement and installation are supposed to be covered by insurance. It went down hill from there. They had to figure out where the water heater was coming from and who was going to pick it up. They finally called and made our appointment, but there's a $415 charge for ""modifications"". Modifications are apparently not covered and each time we asked for clarification, we were given a different answer. Additionally, they want the $415 up front or they are not coming out. So they basically held our water heater for ransom. If we don't pay it, we can contact the insurance to receive a cash out, and do it ourselves. We'd already gone over a week without hot water and didn't want to go another week, so we had no choice.
Save yourself time and money by not using this company.

Kevin is a technician and he was efficient and knowledgeable. He triaged why the faucet would not produce water and went through a few processes and identified the issue quickly. I wish T&N Plumbing & Electric would take example of his professionalism and use it with their dispatchers and back office. They were a nightmare to work with because they tried to change the appointment three times with no regard to my work schedule. Fortunately, a threat with a formal complaint to the CA Dept. of Consumer Affairs and First American Home Warranty contacting them twice, they decided to keep the second appointment date. So be careful with those in the back office, they are horrible and no reflection of the professionals like Kevin. I hope to NEVER use this business again because their back office is not on the same plane as professionalism and they need remedial training on scheduling, customer service skills, and communication.

The first plumber (Alexa) was horrible, he was very hostile and rude, fixed nothing, and told me my insurance didn't cover the issue. The second Plumber (Anthony) was amazing! He had great customer service and was very helpful. Alex came to fix the issue the next day and was also very professional.

I would recommend this company as long as you don't have to deal with or work with Alexa. He is rude, disrespectful, and has zero customer skills, or is just plain lazy.
