They were called by my condo association because my bathtub drain was backing up. They told me it was in the main line which means condo association gets billed not me. They were there for a really long time trying to reach the clog. Then they changed the story next day saying it was not the main line and sent me an insanely ridiculous bill . Thankfully my super was there so also knew they said it was from main sewer line ...which was the only logical source .. def would record these guys if they have to step foot in your house.

Daniel and his team were very polite and professional! They had deep knowledge of plumbing. They took only 30 minutes and fixed the problem. I would recommend T-Mont plumbing company to anyone who are looking for the same.

Called and was reassured from owner that they 100 percent could solve my problem. Upon arrival, plumber checked pipes and saw no leaks, we spent most of the time explaining what has been going, not more than 15 minutes between looking at pipes in one room and having a simple conversation. Plumber went to truck multiple times and upon stating at the end there was nothing he could fix, he came back in with the service charge of 300.00. We had absolutely NO work done in our home. There was never a conversation about any estimate fee, which clearly should be told to customers on the phone before an appointment. Imagine if we had actual work to be done? Who knows what the total would have been. I understand some plumbers come out for a service fee, but that usually ranges under 100.00, then the customer is given the estimate and they decide to go forward with the work or not. To say this was a complete scam is an understatement. Please all future customers beware of this company before you let them into your home. I was also told they charge from when they leave another job, even if it's an hour from previous job to your home, the charge is ON YOU the customer who didn't even have the plumber step foot into your home. It's so hard to find an honest and reliable company, please be aware of the owner and the pricing he gives. I guess depending on who the client is, is how he charges. I was clearly looked at as an idiot who they thought they could charge 300.00 to step into my home, not even hand an estimate, as there was NO work that needed to be completed by plumber! Terrible!

This plumbing company is full of scumbags! I arranged to have them come out to my house to look at a shower stall in my upstairs bathroom that was leaking into my downstairs kitchen. The plumber they sent told me what he thought the problem was, then asked me to show him the shower stall that was leaking. He was on his hands and knees looking at the shower floor and I was standing next to him in flip-flops. He then proceeded to make a comment about my feet and told me he had a foot fetish! I wanted to throw him out of my house right then and there! He said the company would send me a written estimate for the work I needed to have done on my shower stall. I paid a high price for the service call and never received a written estimate. I reported T-Mont to the Better Business Bureau because their plumber was a pervert and they charged me for a service call and never sent me the written estimate (which was the point of having someone come look at the shower stall). The owner responded to my BBB complaint and said the plumber denied making any inappropriate comments about my feet. He also said the written estimate would have been free and never acknowledged that it was never sent as part of the service call I paid for. I never got an apology from anyone at T-Mont for anything that happened and I will never call them again! Zero Stars!

T-Mont came to clean/snake out of a clogged drain and they broke the snake in my drain I heard them talking of how the snake was rusted and Danny the owner should have replaced it a long time ago I spoke with the guys about what I heard and they just said that normally they would charge me for the broken snake but they will waive it. They finished up and left and never told me that they left the broken snake in my drain. Months later drain backed up and called another young plumber who was recommended by a friend he told me could not snake my drain because a broken one is inside called Danny and left 12 messages to date he has not called me back. Horrible unprofessional half skilled company staff I hope they go out of business before they can rip more people off. We had their mistake rectified and it cost a lot . Never ever use them and will never recommend them.

I am very, very disappointed with T-Mont. As you can see from my reviews, we have used them on multiple occasions from projects ranging from installing a new toilet to a new bathroom vanity to a radiator in our sun porch to make it a 4 season room to installing a new dishwasher. We have generally been pleased with how professional and responsive T-Mont has been with each appointment.

However, we noticed that the new vanity that they installed less than a year ago was leaking. It is in a guest bathroom and does not get used regularly. We asked them to come by for an estimate. They told us that it would be a minimum $185.00 service call. Really? I understand that they get paid for their time but $185.00 for a service call for something they installed less than a year ago when we have given them more than $3K in business in the last year? We also have two large projects on the horizon, including a portion of our master bath, which they will now not be receiving.

I am very disappointed because I had always appreciated their work but there is something to be said for maintaining customer relationships. They should have stood by the work that they did. At the very least, they should have offered to discount the service call. A new sink should not begin to leak less than a year after installation. Sorry, T-Mont.

Karma catches up to people eventually. Tried to rip off my 94 year old World War II Veteran Uncle, a day after Memorial Day to boot. The Spanish looking man who showed up from TMont was not professional at all especially when dealing with the elderly. My uncle has an old bath tub/shower. Old hot/cold water keys. The hot water key, the thread broke inside leaving the hot water running in tub. This unprofessional moron showed up. Looked at the tub for a minute. Told my uncle he would be back. I'm 30 and work overnights so I was half asleep. My 94 year old uncle has all his wits about him. This man comes back into the house 15minutes later. I hear him say $675 plus tax must pay over $700 cash only for repair. That he cant replace the key has to repalce the whole thing and put in a new single key. I quickly jump out of bed, throw some clothes on and open my door. The man froze in place. Didn't realize there was someone else in the house to help the old man out. He was in the process of pressuring him into the job that his keys were to old. I told him no way. Your taking advantage of an old man. Get out of this house and don't even think of showing me or sending me a bill. Didn't argue or try to sell me the job or anything which showed me he knew he was guilty. Knew I caught him! Used another local plumper, showed up 30mins after TMONT left. Charged 180 replaced the key Tmont was saying doesn't exist anymore. Tmont you should be ashamed of yourselves, sending someone who likes taking advantage of the elderly especially someone who fought for this country! I'm glad I was home! And remember Karma bites back and hard too!

I cannot say enough about my outstanding experience with T-Mont Plumbing. Danny and his crew have been incredible to work with. Everyone is extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to ensure that the job is done properly, within the agreed upon timeframe. At one point I was having an AC crisis and Danny sent one of his guys to my house on a Saturday night! I never would have imagined receiving this level of service from a plumber. Throughout the insanely stressful process of an old home renovation, T-Mont has been a ray of sunshine and hope that all will end well. No other contractor has even come close to this level of service. Can't sing their praises loudly enough!!!
