Definitely five star! I reached out to them via text message last night they offered to come out during the evening to change a broken garbage disposal. Had an emergency situation. T Max arrived within 90 minutes on a Sunday to repair our sink piping and fix the issue. Very thankful for their responsiveness and reasonable pricing, especially considering it was on a Sunday/emergency. Many other companies would require an emergency service surcharge.

Very professional and very quick, best price in town, honest work and no BS. He was a pleasure to have and got straight to the point. Will be using him in the future for a laundry set up in my new place. If you need a professional plumber that's not looking to rip you off give him a call. I had a plumber quote me $750 for the same job and he only charged me $180. Basically a quarter of the cost the other company quoted me maybe even less than a quarter. They dropped it down to $500 but I ended up passing, glad I did because boy was I getting ripped off. Ended up calling T-Max and they came out within a couple hours and got the job done right. Thanks for all your help you rock!!!

Tony from T-max responded immediately to my yelp request for help to unclog a kitchen drain that gave up due to Xmas excesses!
The issue was not as straightforward as it sounded mainly because the many branches in the drain lines for this rather old home.
Tony provided a relatively clear assessment on the phone as well as a firm estimate based on information provided
The $250 tag for potentially multiple drains was on par for the area ( SouthBay)
Tony arrived promptly on Christmas afternoon and proceeded to make an assessment of the situation and began the remediation process
However, the situation was more complicated than expected and Tony spent a significant amount of time further investigating and trying out a series of fixes
He considered several drastic measures including cutting open the secondary drain line to get access to it, on the absence of a suitable clean out
However, he was resourceful in his problem solving and came up with a ingenious solution without recourse to the aforementioned measures
A few hours later he was successful in overcoming the problem and Christmas festivities could resume once more! He did not charge a cent over his original fee despite the Herculean efforts that it required.

I needed emergency drain de-clogging on a Sunday. T-Max was out within and hour and had it fixed quickly. And the price was reasonable. Another plumber quoted me $325 but T-Max fixed it for $180. Will definitely use again.
