Definitely a poor choice for us ... And, sad, too: We liked the guy. :/ They were contracted to us by our home warranty company. They did not perform the repair, but they did take our money. And, they ghosted us multiple times via three (3) separate telephone numbers, ceasing to answer or return one call after the next one. We, finally, had to source another contractor on our own to complete the repair -- and at a substantial, additional cost.
