I have worked with Terry for several years and he first installed a flood control system in a home I owned in Galewood. Ever since he installed it, I never received any water in the basement. Over the years he also assisted in cleaning out the catch basin in the building where I owned a garden condo unit. He and his team also installed a flood control system there as well and worked patiently with me as I gathered condo board approval. Throughout the years, I have gotten nothing but fair prices and most important, honesty from him and his company. Its very rare that a consumer can wholeheartedly trust a business, but I completely TRUST T&L Plumbing and Terry. I highly recommend their services for any plumbing needs.

Don't use their services. They will rip you off. The owner's name is Terry. ~ 3 weeks ago, he came to our house to replace a pump. He charged my wife $900, telling her that he was charging us 170 dollars for rodding and 150 dollars for changing the sum pump and the rest was for the part. He worked for 21/2 hrs. Then I asked him to give me the receipt for the pump. He told me he was gonna give me the receipt the same day I called him. Then he stopped answering my calls for one week. Finally, when I threatened to block the payment through the credit card, he gave me the receipt which was only 233 dollars. So technically, he ripped us up for ~350 dollars. Two people who work for him told me that he always overcharges people if he thinks they're naive or rich. I'm now filling a complaint against him in a small claims court.

My advise to you is to saty as far away from this business as possible.

Call the owner Terry and set up an appointment for the next day at Noon, at 1 pm I called to find out where they were at and was told they are on the way, at 2pm I left a voice mail and still no call back. Now I just called 28 hours after their appointment time and I swear the ladies voice is the same as the lady yesterday but the lady today is just an answering service. So ifs she's an answering service then maybe she shouldn't be saying the guy is on his way.

Wither way they are a NO Call No Show company.
