First - TL Plumbing did much of the sub-contracted work in my development - I had 4 leaks all plumbing related - all at the joints - improper soldering - bending pipe instead of using angle fittings (caused a major leak) So, then I had to hire the same company to fix their shoddy work - AND they just didn't show up. I used another local company and have been 100% satisfied with their work. TL ? I would simply avoid them if you can.

I called TL plumbing on 11/02, needing a plumber to take care of a tenant. John told me that he was busy, and that he would be free up in the middle of the week to fix a leaky tap and replace a main valve. I called in on Thursday, 11/06. He was still busy, but said he could get to it the following week. I called again on Friday, as I was kind of desperate. I like taking care of my tenants ASAP. Still busy. I called again on Monday 11/09 and Tuesday 11/10. John was still busy, but told me he would be available on Thursday, 11/12. I no longer trusted that he would keep his word, so I called another plumber on Wednesday, 11/11, who promptly fixed the issue on 11/12. On a side note, John never called on Thursday, 11/12, nor have I heard from him since.
I know that he does lots of work for contractors, so I was a very low priority. I learned a good lesson from this, and will never let something like this happen again.

NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY please trying to save you the aggravation.
Took the man over 2 months to finish connecting the water to the fridge. He could not find the line in the back the fridge and made me call my warranty company who pulled it right out iof the back iof the fridge costing me more money for a job I payed this plumber. When I asked him why he could not find the water line in the back of the fridge but the other guy could he had no reply but starting holding his anger back as he was red...
This must have set him off as he can't take it when he is called on his stuff.
Kept not showing up at least 5 times. When I would call he would say he had other priorities.
I told him why did he not at least call me to tell me he was not coming as I lose entire days
staying home from work only to keep not showing up or not calling at all.
Finally he came today to finish...He left the fridge hanging out and when I went to tell him to put it back in and why the water was not still running he sped off and waved bye on purpose not stopping like SEE YA SUCKER.
He ordered an Insta hot but it was the wrong color that we wanted as we asked for Nickel to match the rest and he got Chrome..he said he thought it looked close enough, unbelievable ..He said he would reorder the right one..Today he came so we looked fwd to it but instead he never ordered it nor told us he would not re-order as we could have got it oursevles weeks ago. So after all those weeks instead told me he was not re ordering and gave me back the extra money I gave for the instahot and made me sign he was all done and he ran off not wanting to open his car door and sped off with a smirk and mocking wave...UNBELIEVABLE....
The last time he came he hooked up a small sink. It started linking as soon as he left. I kept calling him to fix it and he just said he would come when he had time which 2 weeks later today. Most plumbers come right away if there is a leak especially if it was due to their work.
Save yourself the aggravation and pay the extra money if it costs more to go with someone else. The saying ""You get what you pay for"" really comes to light here...

Came to my rescue when I had a leak. Very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend. I even signed up for bi-annual reverse osmosis check up- who knew there was such a service?

This is the most reliable, friendly and honest (very fairly-priced) family-owned plumbing business we have ever come across in our lives! John returned our call right away when our 20-year old water heater sprung a leak; he came over to assess the problem and came up with a temporary remedy within a couple of hours; then he got the new water heater in within 24 hours in spite of his busy schedule. When our water main busted last year, his brother, Tom, handled our emergency in the same cool, friendly, creative and efficient way. Five stars are well-deserved, that's for sure!
