We initially hired T-Kor to install a bunch of new bathroom fixtures in spring of 2021. There were a number of delays in getting the job done because they were working on emergency fixes for other customers, but when they ultimately showed up they did a good job for a fair price. However, over the last 3 months (!) I have been trying to get them to come and do some follow-up work (including correcting one issue introduced in the previous installation) and despite two visits by them and countless calls and text messages on my part, they have never provided me with an estimate for the job, let alone actually come to do the work. The dispatcher ultimately stopped responding to my messages. At this point I have no choice but to move on to other plumbers, but if T-Kor didn't want to do this job I wish they would have just told me that 3 months ago instead of wasting so much of my time.

Had a great experience with T-Kor Plumbing today. Our kitchen sink was clogged for a week now, and after several failed attempts by myself, I reached out to T-Kor Plumbing through yelp messaging. They very promptly responded to my request and came the next day to give a free estimate. The estimate was pretty reasonable, and they cleared up the clog very quickly. The whole process was very smooth, they seem very reliable and I was impressed with their attitude . Would highly recommend them!

A couple weeks ago my tenant called me to complain about a slow flushing toilet. I then called Freddy, from T-Kor Plumbing. Freddy went to the apartment and diagnose the problem. The toilet actually didn't need any work to be done, and he was honest to tell me that. I asked Freddy how much I owed him for the service fee, and he said no charge! What? Really? I appreciate him not charging me as he did spend some time at the apartment looking and diagnosing the problem. I really appreciated his kindness.

I highly recommend Freddy. Freddy is very professional, reliable and a super nice person to deal with. I have dealt with him in the past to work on the other apartment plumbing issues and he has always been very pleasant, reliable and has always done great work. I highly recommend Freddy!
