Ted has done a wonderful job not once, not twice, but several times. He's punctual and takes great pride in the quality of of his work. He has made recommendations, has made diagnosis over the phone and has always been correct. Ted is incredibly knowledgeable and fair. I highly recommend T-Kor Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

Ted installed a new kitchen faucet for me. He is prompt, communicated clearly prior to starting the job, and took away all the old parts and left a clean space. He even found a slow leak with my hot water line from a degrading seal under the sink. I am very pleased with the advice and work he does and I'm grateful to have someone so dependable in my neighborhood.

If you're looking for an honest plumber who will go the extra mile, and frankly who isn't, then look no further. I put in an auto bid for estimates for 10 plumbers and T-Kor is the only one that actually responded without an auto-message and referred me to the county water works first, who ended up fixing my problem for free saving me probably $350.00 at least because it wasn't their problem. The guy that came knew my recently passed Mother and he told me she was a good lady and released the clog for nothing. T-Kor even referred me to a competitor if that didn't work. These guys are on the square and will always be my first choice.

I used T-Kor once in the past and he did a good job. The next time I needed a plumber I called him; I left 3 messages and never got a call back. I figured it was just a busy week for him. This week I needed to have my water heater replaced. I purchased the new water heater and took out the old one, but I didn't have all the tools or expertise to hook up the new one since the dimensions of the ""standard"" sizes have changed over the years, so I called Ted. We talked in the morning and he said he'd try to squeeze me in. I waited all day and he called at 3:00 and said he wasn't going to make it but could come the next day. Of course it was too late to get someone else that day. I had a morning meeting that I couldn't cancel, so we agreed I would call him when the meeting was over (between 11 and 12) and then he'd come and do the install. He mentioned that he wanted to line up all his appointments back to back and this appointment was putting things out of whack. I should have known something was up. The next morning he called with a ridiculous story that someone had broken into his truck and take all his tools. He wasn't broken up about it, angry or anything so I could tell he was lying. (I get a lot of contractors singing this song or the other one about the relative that died and that's why they didn't show up for a week.) Again, it was too late to get anyone in that day, so I have another day with no hot water in the house. He referred me to a buddy who wanted to charge $750 to do a one hour installation (remember I already bought the new water heater and had disposed of the old one). I'll never use T-Kor again.

I called T-Kor three days ago and left a message regarding plumbing services I needed. I have not yet heard back from them. I don't know if this is usual or unusual, but that's my experience. I won't call them them next time, because doing so was a waste of my time and there are many other plumbing companies out there.

Can't be bothered to return calls. What's the point of having a voice mail message that says ""I'll return your call..."", and not bother to do so? Weak.

Ted was absolutely awesome. He was incredibly responsive by phone and text, and scheduled an appointment as soon as I could have him come out (I needed to provide shut-off notice to 7 other units in my complex).

My bathroom toilet was replaced, and I had old angle stops that needed to also be replaced because they had integrated lines that wouldn't connect to the new toilet. Without the supply line, my toilet wouldn't flush. I also had bad angle stops on the hot and cold lines in my bathroom. Ted came out, fixed all three, gave me some other random advice about kitchen faucet choices, and was out in less than an hour.

He's friendly, professional, knowledgable, and efficient. He has earned himself a long-term customer. So happy I found such an amazing plumber, and I highly recommend to anyone else.

Ted helped me out, big time! Our hot water heater broke, and Ted was able to come within a few hours of my call. We needed a part that had to be machined at the factory, but Ted did everything he could to expedite the process, and zipped over to do the repair the second the part arrived. The best part about working with Ted is that he is a very kind, friendly person, whom you can trust in your home and to have integrity in his business dealings. I really encourage you to call Ted if you are unlucky enough to have plumbing problems!

Called company and got ""Ted"" on the recording. Left long, detailed message on nature of the problem. It was not insignificant. Ooooops.......no call back. Ted was probably very busy, but not calling someone back and setting their expectations is a great way to never get another call.
