I had a Roman tub that needed a new faucet, valve and a handheld wand added to it. I was getting quotes of anywhere between 750 and $1000. TJ quoted it and just said that it would be $150 for the first hour and $125 for each hour afterwards and I was guessing about a five hour job. Bobby and Alan came out and it was obvious from the get-go that they understood what they were doing. They completed the job in just under three hours and I saved a bundle and I know that it was put together correctly. Kudos gentlemen!! Your hard work, kindness and thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated!

Because of the fantastic experience I now have them quoting another job!

If there were a zero star rating that is what I would be giving Mr. Miller. After 2 cancellations, 3 holes in my wall, a tub that was torn apart, a promise to have another company out same day or next day which didn't happen , being told that they were just "all covered up" I would have to say that you should hire this company with caution. The crew that came out were very nice and I enjoyed them, but the scheduling/cancellations/lack of a calls and communication and general unprofessionalism is enough to say that Mr. Miller is the LAST person I would use for a plumbing issue.. or any issue for that matter. FINALLY after Two weeks and one day I hired Hildabrants plumbing. they were several hundred dollars less. fixed everything same day, and even called me when they were going to be 10 minutes late! I was patient and gave Mr. Miller more than enough time to fix the issue and redeem himself and his company, but he either wasn't interested, or wasn't capable. I am very disappointed and will tell everyone who will listen about the horrible experience I had. I urge you not to risk it...

When you have to go through the City services to get them to do their job, that's a problem. Then you go to the city and pay for the permits,them they put it on your invoice and you pay it twice, that's a problem. When it takes a month to get them to finish the job and have to go to the City to get them to call them so they can go inspect their work, that's a problem. When you contact the BBB with all documentation and they(T.J.Miller) don't respond or give you back your $85.00(for permit),that's a problem.
I don't recommend them for anything.
