Terrible, Allen to have faucet washers replaced and check out a pipe under kitchen sink, fellow up , informed him what was needed, he shined under the kitchen and said the pipe was fine , showed him the three faucets that were dripping, , he ran a small snake down the master b r sink, 10 minutes came to the door and gave me a bill for $ 238.00 , when he left , sinks still dripped , he did not replace washers and spent less than 15 minutes in the house, what a rip off, never again , I called three times to complain , left my name and number,, no one ever returned my call NEVER AGAIN , TERRIBLE SERVICE ,!,!

I called this company to assess an issue. They NEVER informed me that they have a service fee BEFORE they came out, nor did they inform me of the problem before they fixed it. I then received a call stating what I owed them for a repair that I wasn't even given an estimate for! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! Customers should ALWAYS be inform of ALL cost before services are rendered!

You can't beat the customer service and care from this company! They are kind, reasonably priced, and do a great job! I have had them out a few times for leaks and one time when my kitchen was flooded! Also, they are licensed and bonded which is not the case for a lot of cheaper plumbers around town... there is a difference-I had to learn that the hard way that!! I will call T.J. Hare Plumbing every time!
