He came on a Saturday on short notice. We were doing a walkthrough with some new tenants and noticed water all over the floor coming from the toilet. He was there within the hour and fixed it all up! Affordable too!

A great old school plumber and long time local. Honest, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. No surprises or needless upselling. Shows up on time, keeps you informed of the progress, does a stellar job and has a great personality to boot. His apprentice (and Grandson), Tanner, is the same, and really knows his stuff! I had an early morning valve blow out, and had to shut off my water main before coffee or a shower (EEK!). They arrived immediately, put me right in short order and left the area clean as a whistle. I've used them several times, and am always pleased with both the work provided and the amount I pay for it. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Called late Sat. to get the hot water heater fixed. John was there in about a half an hour and solved the issue right away. Great work, fair price. Will certainly use John for any other problems that arise in the future.
