I found TFlow via Yelp. Service was excellent from start to finish. Matt returned call promptly on a Sunday (opening hours mislisted on Yelp so I'd called) re: leaking toilet and referred me to Drain service. Matt worked to find replacement toilet that would fit in limited quirky space. Had to wait a few days until new toilet could be installed but Jose and Henry were well worth the wait. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They also cleaned everything up and were a pleasure to work with, as was Matt. Highly recommend this company and plan to use TFlow to install new bathroom sink shortly. Fairly priced, polite, and honorable staff and service. Top notch!

You never want to be in a situation when you need to call an emergency plumber, but you can feel much better knowing that T Flow is in town. Matt called me back promptly after I left him a message first thing in the morning and arranged for someone to come out ASAP when my shower abruptly stopped draining. The guys were at another job but Henry was great about calling me when they were on the way. My plumbing nightmare was resolved within a matter of hours and for a fair price. Can't recommend T Flow enough!

Matt and his team (John and Henry) have helped me replace two water heaters in our building at two different times. As a newish homeowner, I was generally clueless about water heater issues and they were all super patient with me. Each time, they were able to come replace the heaters immediately and offered reasonable prices. This week I called Matt at 10pm and was surprised he picked up - I was able to send photos of the heater and take measurements that night and the team was there the next day with a replacement. Our basement is a little bit tricky to navigate, but Matt was very transparent about cost and the time it would take. They are definitely my go-to guys now.

Had a great experience with T Flow. They came to fix my tub spout which had been giving me trouble for years. Prior plumbers just band aided the problem, but these guys shortened the pipe to properly fit a replacement spout (which they had in the truck) and shower head quickly and professionally. The labor and parts were very reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend this company.

I have used T-Flow in the past because they have excellent service and seem reasonable, so called them again when the gas company told me I had a small leak in a gas pipe and it needed to be replaced. When the snow storm made them unable to come on Monday, I got a phone call on Sunday to let me know. When Henry & his partner were on their way and knew they'd be late because of traffic they called to let me know. So great customer communication! When they arrived, they replaced the gas pipe pretty quickly, explained where they were each step of the way, and reviewed the bill with me at the end. I feel completely confident that the gas leak pipe was replaced correctly and Henry's partner took time to double check that the stove was working properly too. Another great experience using T-Flow! I have used T-Flow in the past because of the great service and things have not changed. I needed a gas stove hooked up. The original plan was to have T-Flow (Henry, Jon) come over in the early am and disconnect the old stove and than come the next day and hook up the new one. They did one better..they got it all done in one day ! The are professional and friendly and honest. Thanks Matty, Henry and Jon, another great job !

Based on the other fine reviews I gave Matt a call. Henry and John came to my three family house and did a major repair to the main cast iron drain between my second and third floors. I knew in advance there would be some demo work required so they could inspect the pipes, but Matt said not to worry and that they would do the demo for me. What a relief. After the demo, they inspected the pipes and explained to me what work needed to be done. I felt confident they were giving me good advice and not selling me a bunch of working I didn't need so I readily agreed to their proposal. The job was quite challenging cutting cast iron with a reciprocating saw it tight quarters, but the guys were real professionals and were not deterred. They put forth great effort in getting the old cast iron removed. After installing the new pipes they were very meticulous in ensuring there were no leaks and cleaned up all of the mess. In my estimation, I received high quality work at a fair price. I will surely have these guys back when I need future plumbing work.

These guys are great. All 3 units in my aging Cambridge building installed boilers courtesy of TFlow a few years ago. This morning I went into the basement and found water leaking... called TFlow and found Jonathan & Henry there in a flash. They tried hard to avoid replacing many parts and also gave me tips on dealing with ancient radiators. In the end, they did need to do some more serious work, but they did it quickly and efficiently and I was very pleased the cost and most of all, the excellent service. Thanks are due to Jonathan and Henry, and to TFlow for being such a reliable company!

I called these guys Monday to get my sink and tub unclogged and stop my toilet from dripping. They were here on Tuesday and fixed everything super quick and because our house is old, told me what I could do to prevent certain things from breaking/leaking/clogging with our old pipes. They were courteous, quick, professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely use T-Flow for all my future plumbing needs!
