Called this morning, as we had a clogged kitchen sink. Made a 2 o'clock appointment and they were right on time. Matt saw that the problem was the plastic drain and trap, so he rebuilt and replaced it. No need for rootering. He was reliable, friendly and did great work. Not much else you can ask for. I would use him again and recommend them to others. Nice to see people that take pride in their work.

Matt and Anthony (his son, a Citadel cadet on summer break) came on time and worked diligently in the heat a couple of days ago to locate and fix the problem. The backed up sewage had even filled my mother's shower, but Matt cleaned it """"like a woman would!"""" (High praise from my mother!lol)He fixed the clog for the time being, but said with roots busting up our pipes, we'd need a permanent fix. Came back this morning and fixed it lickity split for much less than he'd thought it would cost because when he thought about it yesterday, he realized what the builders had done... HONEST! CLEAN! PROFESSIONAL!

I'm new to the area and needed a plumber. Matt walked property with me and showed me water cut off valve and other aspects of the property's plumbing system. Installed new shower head and worked on some dripping faucets. Very professional, on time and reasonable price.

We called T-Flow after a burst pipe under our kitchen sink flooded the entire first floor of our home. They were able to come out the same day and could not have been more professional and knowledgeable. I was expecting to pay more but the price was more than fair and quite reasonable and I was happy to pay it. They will be my first call if I ever need a plumber in the future. Highly recommend Matt at T-Flow Plumbing! I got home from a long day of work to water dripping and pooling under my kitchen sink. A neighbor recommended calling Matt and my husband gave him a call as he tried to race home from work. Matt got here very quickly, was very knowledgeable and fixed our leaking pipe. He checked to make sure everything was working properly and left everything nice and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to give Matt a call for any future plumbing needs.

I found out we had a leaky water heater on Tuesday evening. I called several plumbers but only three answered the phone. Two could not come out for several days. T flow said he'd be out at 9 a.m. the next day. He arrived right on time, replace my water heater, and was on budget exactly as he quoted. They arrived in a fully stocked truck, not some beat-up pickup truck. He and his helper did a great job. I would use them again and will recommend them to others.
