My hot water had stopped working and I called T & E to evaluate the problem. Apparently my gas had been shut off, which I was not aware of, due to a mishap with mail. Mr. Epps immediately got a colleague from the gas company on the phone and within an hour, the man came to handle the gas meter. Mr. Epps, had sold us an excellent water heater in 2012, and he went ahead and serviced the heater since he was here and made sure everything was working properly. I found him to be very professional and his service was excellent.

Mr.Tommy Epps is extremely rude. He is only capable of small jobs and working on small houses. Told me he did not need a headache of fixing a simple toilet plug because our house is too big. He was extremely arrogant about it too. Never!
